If you are looking for your next home, buying or selling. Ask for Derek Little, this guy has spent more time with me answering questions to viewing multiple homes for almost 2 months. the amount of phone calls, e-mails we have had back and forth, the amount of questions I ve had I could fill text books.

Derek has kept me up to date on everything that we have been going through, if something came up that wasn't correct he would find out why and if there was an issue he would get back to me so quick it was impressive. I had a personal matter to attend to and changing times to meet Derek didn t hesitate to assist in the changes and make arrangements right away to betting suit my availability.

The level of how transparent Derek has been, has been great and so helpful over the time we have been working together. Thank you so much for your time and going above and beyond while working with me, viewing so many places I think I lost count.

This is the worst brokerage with Realtor that indulges in shady practices. When I complained to the brokerage,no one even acknowledged receiving the complaint. After about a week when I followed up, thier Manager states that yes they have looked into the complaint but haven't done anything. RECA reprimanded thier realtor Sunny Khanna and have posted the info online on thier website for public to view and yet this brokerage takes no action against one of thier Realtors. That tells you the professional standards of the company. People be aware of this company and Realtors affiliated to this brokerage.

Seth Allred helped us sell and buy our home (combined value of >$1.6M). We enlisted him because of his experience as an appraiser and his negotiation skills, and because he was referred to us by a friend.

Strong points are:
1. previous certified appraiser experience
2. used to flip houses, so he understands the value of materials and upgrades
3. communicates professionally
4. provides good advice during negotiations

Weak points are:
1. Unenthusiastic and often unprepared during showings
2. He will not show you houses if it is outside your budget range. If you request it nonetheless, he will do it very unenthusiastically.
3. Busy during weekends, and not proactive. Made us look for houses to show him. Missed opportunities.
4. Worst customer follow up ever. He sells your house. No follow up. He helps you buy a house. No follow up. He takes your money and disappears.
5. Don t hold your breath if you expect customer appreciation.

We do not recommend him to inexperienced first time sellers/buyers. You will end up having to do a lot yourselves. The overall experience was frustrating.

Jordan Helwerda is an awesome Realtor! He had a lot of patience and enthusiasm while also working 'round the clock to land me my dream home. When everything seemed to be going crazy with the sale, he kept a calm head and gave me honest feedback/information. It was very much appreciated by this first time home buyer! I will definitely be recommending him to anyone looking to buy a place in Calgary.
