Call you and when asked regarding what issue respond personal will not give any information to return a call. Then just hang up on the person looking to take a message for caller.
Called for a second time after checking credit reports for outstanding debts owe none and still receive calls. Blocked number and now call from different numbers.
HORRIBLE AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Even when I m trying to be forthcoming, the representatives are mean. They talk over you even when I kept saying hello I m speaking . I m sure that s what they teach them but I ain t some dog. They are highly unprofessional. I spoke to three different reps and they were ALL rude! I don t understand. Is that the company culture?

Spent the last few weeks in contact with Mike M. This is my first experience dealing with a debt collector, and he was kind, knowledgeable and professional. This could have been an incredibly unpleasant experience, but was not. While I would very much like to avoid dealing with them in the future, this was not a bad experience.
Typically I would not write a review for certain places but I had a phone call that was not really pleasant. The person who I talked to over the phone did not seem to care about the call. They sounded like they did not want to be there or just did not want to talk to people. There was subtle phrases and mannerisms that were used in the call. What really encompasses how the whole conversation went was when it came time for the phone call to end, I said "thank you goodbye" and they replied with a "Mhm". I am sure you guys are great, you are just doing your job, and the person I dealt with was having a bad day or something but it was a bit impolite.
Was nervous to call and set a payment plan but had spoken with 2 individuals who were patient and professional. Second time I called back the guy guided me through paperwork and even took the extra step to make sure all my papers were submitted correctly! So that s a plus! Thank you!

This company is horrible. My husband has given this company 25,000 to handle his debt. He has recieved 2 summons for court because this company did not pay one account. This company does not take care of business. I would not recommend them to anyone. I want to speak to the CEO!!! I also plan to report them to the BBB!!! No stars!!!
