Worst experience with any business in my life. Do yourself a favor and go some where else.
Ordered a building turn key in March and never received it. After 9 months, had to threaten to get my lawyer involved to get my deposit back. Reeds is horrible and disgusting. Don t know how they are still in business. Don t shop here, don t call here, go somewhere else. I hope you listen
Not at all what it used to be! Mr Bernie HAD a good thing going. Seems like overnight it started going downhill and it hasn't stopped yet. I heard he sold half the business, after I heard that it seems like it gets worse every time I try to order metal. Incompetence abounds... Up until 2 or 3 years ago, it was an awesome place. Not anymore..
I only do business with Reeds. The products along with the service is second to none. I have to give credit where credit is do. Anytime I call Destiny @ Reeds I get professionalism and it's not like speaking to someone with a script in their hand. SHE KNOWS HER STUFF!! I'm giving them a 5 star rating because they earn it on a daily basis. If you need to buy some metal roofing or anything they offer but you're not in line in their parking lot, then you're at the wrong place.
Reeds as implemented a new policy since I last bought metal. A park and wait for a phone call before lining up to pick up metal. Works really good. Prices have inflated since my last purchase, but I have found in the construction industry in today"s world, that is not uncommon
We are coming from Louisiana to pick up an order. We were told the order would be ready for us to pick up in 24 hours. We could not make is 24 hours to get the order. When we did send a guy to pick up the order he spend all day waiting for an order we were told would be ready in 24 hours.
Knowledgeable staff, not a lot of sales pressure, great selection of products and styles.

The business is undergoing a restructuring following a sale and is understandably suffering a lack of service quality. I don't know when they will be back up to speed but I would give them some time to reset.
Ordered metal for a roof. They delivered and didn't bring my flashing and I was missing 13 bags of screws. Made another mistake and called in an order for furring straps. Waited in line for over 2 hours while the truck before me sat there not being loaded. I called and told them I would come back in the morning. Sat another hour and half. Went inside and canceled my order. Found the furring strips at Home Depot for half of what Reeds charged. Haven't heard back about my missing screws. Went ahead and purchased screws at another metal supplier and the metal for 2 other houses. They cost me 3 days of production.
KEEP LOOKING ELSEWHERE. DO NOT CALL REEDS METALS. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering a building from this company. I was referred by a neighbor. My building is exact same size as neighbor except mine is 2 shorter. I paid more than my neighbor. A lot more. But I still signed the contract and put down my deposit. My mistake. Nothing but problems since then. They re on vacation every other week so you mostly just leave voicemails and emails. They sub out the doors and insulation and they don t communicate with the subs. The subs call and email me about delivery. Doors show up finally and they ask me if I have a fork lift to unload them. So they left without unloading the doors. My metal frame and panels are on site but no doors or insulation yet. Go somewhere else trust me. Anywhere else. At this point I m asking them to come pick up their material and give me a refund.
Waited for more than three hours for them to load my order so much for ready in 72 hours. Other than that good customer service easy to find and great prices.
