Reliance First Capital Review

Horrible Horrible Horrible. I m giving the website one star. I have my correct loan number. It can t access my information. Representatives are not knowledgeable.

High pressure. They closed my file because I couldn t make a phone call and didn t want to make a 360,000 dollar decision over the phone in a 2 days time period.
Would definitely NOT recommend.
If you get a call from Brandon Maximovich, run. Unless you make over a quarter of a million dollar decision on his timeframe.

My Lady Pooja Bhardwaj is Awesome she has help me work through some things in this Pandemic it's hard getting people to answer phone or do they job I'm so thankful to have her on my side she is a Angel sent from heaven I mean that whole heartedly

We were guided through the process and all our questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. AJ Ismail and Reliance got me a terrific rate and terms, painlessly, quickly and was so attractive that another well-known competing mortgage company basically said they couldn't possibly do better. Would work with AJ again and Reliance, in a New York minute!

Received a call from Andrea on a Friday late afternoon. Could not give me any rate details until she had my social and a bunch of other financial details. She was supposed to call me back by Saturday noon but never heard from her again. It gets better..... received a letter from her, Reliance suggesting that I did not want to proceed with the loan application. ARE YOU KIDDING! No information, no return calls. Letter included a credit report. Does not look like it is mine. Stay away. I can't get my time spent back but you can save yours.

I got a call from Steven Sasso from Reliance First Capital and I m really glad I gave him a chance. I found Steve to be kind and very knowledgeable. He explained the entire process to me and put my mind at ease. He was able to answer all of my questions and made a daunting process much simpler than I thought it would be, not to mention he saved me a lot of money. What a great guy!!
