Worst property manager I have ever known. Latest is mellin and associates. allowed holes cut in common wall affecting my unit and I've had attorney over a year now trying to fix it. Call they say they merged with REI.. But that's them under a new name.
REI property management is honestly such an evil and vile company. They are negligent, absolutely rude and unprofessional in every capacity and are completely un concerned with the basic safety and health of the properties they manage.
REI management team is very thorough & dependable. They covered everything I needed from thermostats, flooring, door knobs, paint, and appliances. They found everything I suggested and delivered and installed. One stop shopping. Timely and easy to cumminicate with. I could not be more pleased. I renovated a unit living out of state and it was seemless, in less than 3 weeks.
I wish I could give them negative stars.. 1 is too much but Google required it. I feel sorry for the person who buys in a community managed by this company. The people in the office especially the owners, are rude, selfish, money hungry, unprofessional, nasty, etc. The day I was to sell my unit, the owner held me hostage with a $400 bill for something that was clearly the associations responsibility as it was due to an exterior issue. When I was going to dispute the bill, he held me hostage telling me I could not close until I paid him. I beg if you are thinking of buying in a community managed by REI.. buy somewhere else!!!
Shady practices when it comes to what they do with common fee dues
The absolute worst accounting department. They try and steal your hard earned money. I ve never missed a monthly payment, always pay on time and they keep insisting we owe hundreds and hundreds of dollars and tack on late fees every month when we pay early.

hate to write reviews but I'm fed up with absolutely nothing getting done at arrowood condos!!!! They ignore your Complaints or Issues. I also have to do all my own snow shoveling for our building mailbox and cut my own overgrown shrubs. I own 3 condos in the Danbury area this one has the highest common charges and is the worst!!! I Should have listened to my real estate agent!!!!
Nasty nasty nasty and money hungry to give you fines, their worker have bad attitude I let them aware of a condom on the condo parking lot and they refused to pick it up and drove away the condom set there for almost 4 weeks
This company use to be my condo association. Peg Routhier was so vile and unprofessional to deal with. This company is horrible just like G&W management
WORSTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!Management company ever I have never known the most disrespectful vile people in my life they do not care about there tenants it takes months before you can reach someone in the office they do not respond to calls or emails ever you have to call them at 10 times for them to pick up the phone they do not come around the property to see how the condos are doing most of the time you do not even know who mangemnet is unless you catch them at the condos doing a walk through when someone moves out which they barely do the tenants usually just move out within 1 month being there, when me and my family moved in the apartment wasnt clean we found dead bedbugs in the apartment also the cabinets was filled with food as if someone was living there walls was dirty bathrooms was dirty stove refrigerator it was horrible I never got in touch with anyone until the end of August and I moved in July 28th , This company is by far the worst management company in danbury all they care to do is make money rent the condos and sit on there behind all day they all to be shut down I'm in the middle of going to court with them because they took rent out my security deposit when I wasnt even living there the month they took out for they would of known that if they would answer phone calls and emails also which one of the management team wrote in a email we so not take rent out security deposit checks but did as soon as I move out cant wait to fight these people in court and have them shut down
This is the worst property management company you could use. They don't fix anything and could care less. It's soo hard to even talk to someone, but it goes in one ear out the other. I would never recommend REI to anyone.
Worst property management company ever!!!! No matter how many times you call to complain they don't address anything!!! So frustrated! Arrowood was a nice quiet community. Renters are ruining what was an amazing place to live at and REI does NOTHING!!!!
