Shady practices when it comes to what they do with...

Shady practices when it comes to what they do with common fee dues
The absolute worst accounting department. They try and steal your hard earned money. I ve never missed a monthly payment, always pay on time and they keep insisting we owe hundreds and hundreds of dollars and tack on late fees every month when we pay early.
I d give them a negative rating if I could.
