The Best facilities in Kerala.
New blocks with morden, clean and advanced facilities.
Facilities here are better than any private hospitals nearby.
Staffs and doctors are very friendly but very strict.
There are lot of procedure so make sure to understand everything else we get confusion.
Points to note.
1. Need to book payward( any rooms) in advance else won't get it. Limited availability.
But surgical ward is best with 24h good care.
2. Need to arrange blood donors if necessary.
3. Keep cash in hand since the swiping machine won't work all the time. Have SBI ATM inside.
4. Due to COVID only one bystander is allowed. If payward is ready arrange one more person since the bystander won't be allowed to go out after COVID test.
5. Get a bystander pass from enquiry.

I always wonder how those doctors and staffs are control thier temptation while dealing with the quarries of patients, definitely some exclusion there. The system is much professional and maximum, and somehow to the "patient is first" has miles to go.

Good hospitality and services. Doctor's services are admirable.

Best doctors who dedicate their life to serve people, good behaviour and friendly . Yes many issues in systems but less compare to other govt.institutions. few securities are rude one in front and some very few inside, collapse the image but rest are good and helpful. Insurance system (social /welfare service) completely collapsed, literally punishing patients, most of them will not be able to do cancer treatement on the same day if they spent two que almost will take 4 hrs.( hope concerned will look in to this). Same one staff in billing very rude and frequently making people upset and finally they could have a hygienic canteen atleast, the current one seats and tables most of the time not cleaning.

Worst security persons. They are very rude and harsh to the patients and bystanders. They doesn't know how to talk to a person. Many complaints from years ...They won't change... Need necessary actions to be taken who misbehave to patients.

5 Star to Other all staff and doctors. Very friendly and helpful. All facilities are provided are incredible.

Its one month since my aunt ,70 years old, passed away because of the negligence of the staff in RCC. She had been referred to RCC for further medical examination as she had been diagnosed with tumor in her abdomen.
Traveling interstate, she had to quarantine for 7 days. She seemed happy while the family kept in touch through video calls. She was in good spirit and happily spoke to everyone who called during that time.
Two issues that proved their negligence are, firstly she was asked to come for a scan at 10 AM but they did the scan only 5 PM , meanwhile she had to remain empty stomach , she was diabetic too. Secondly, on the second day , they conducted a bone marrow biopsy, and sent her home. People of her age and considering her medical condition, she should have been kept under supervision by medical staff, instead they sent her home , because they didn t have a room to accommodate her.
If they hadn t had the room they should never have done the bone marrow biopsy in the first place. Just because they had done it , they should have provided the room.
It was because of RCC staff s negligence she lost her life. Soon after the bone marrow biopsy she collapsed and became too weak, after which she didn t retrieve. Therefore RCC is to take the blame for her untimely sudden death, who just came there for medical examinations.

Known for Best Radiotherapy centre in South India. External Radiotherapy using Varian's Vital Beam, iX, elekta synergy with agility head are available. Brachytherapy is also preformed. Now the the whole department is waiting for Varian's True Beam, the high end machine for better RT performace. The workload is much higher compared to all other hospitals in kerala and in south India. Other cancer treatments including surgery and chemotherapy are also Good.

My sister was taken there for treating lung cancer on December 2020. But we were refused admittance and was asked to go for qurantine, not considering my sister's critical stage. She died on December 17, 2020. Service is very worst. Doctors are rude, not concerned about patient's condition. They are concerned with their own safety. My friend being a doctor wanted to talk to the doctor there, but the doctor refused . V lost our sister and are stillregretting for fortaking her there.
