I am new to Reggie's but they were recommended to me by several others and thought I would give them a try. First, they assisted me in ordering an exhaust system for my Porsche and the installation. Fantastic work and unbelievable sound. Secondly, my BMW needed shocks and struts. Great service and now she drives like a dream. Definitely recommend Reggie's and will be returning!
The professionalism was of the highest quality. They kept me informed of the progress and the needs of the car. Also they have a complimentary car wash and left cookies in the car when the service was done! If I had chosen I could ve even paid online which is a great contactless way to pay. The car is running beautifully! I would highly recommend this company.
Being in the service business myself I tend to be highly critical, especially when a business promises to give an "awesome Experience". With that I can say that Reggie's is over the top in client satisfaction and great experience! They knock it out of the park! Then to top it off COOKIES! This was my second visit to RM. I'm investigating some upgrades for my "new to me" BMW E88 135i. The car is fine as is, but... ;^) ;^) The shop is very nice...bright with many bays. The people I've met, Nick and Dave, are great, and I'm sure I'll get some very good ideas, then...who knows :^)
I wholeheartedly recommend Reggie s Motorworks. I had recently bought an older Audi and wished to have a check engine light second option after going to the Audi dealership. The team at Reggie s made a strong first impression by 1) fitting me in a time that worked for me 2) rescheduled when I couldn t make it 3) sent reminders (I m a busy professional and this helped!) 4) were generous with a loaner car for the day 5) drilled down in great detail what the issues were and how they impact the whole health of the car 6) offered market prices on level of work 7) clearly described what needed to be done and what could wait. They found issues the audi dealership did not (in-depth analysis!) and cautioned on some they did. Very happy with my experience!
They even washed my car and left a very nice thank you gift!

I was looking for a reliable place to service my Mercedes. My colleague recommended Reggie s and I gave them a shot. I found them to be very professional and upfront about all the work that was going to be done on my car. They keep detailed records of everything. I wanted them to update me on the overall health of the car. There are photographs of everything that was checked. All recommended services are documented in writing. They are not significantly cheaper than the MB dealership. So far, I feel like it s quality work. Will know more with time. Their staff is very courteous and will take the time to explain or discuss a concern with you. Definitely recommend trying them out. Will go again.
I looked back in my receipts and I have been using Reggie s Motorworks since January 2015 for my 2010 Mini Cooper. These are local people that when you use their services the money is going to people that live here locally. They always do a thorough inspection of my vehicle. I have never wondered if they missed anything as they never do. The shop is immaculate. They show photos of my vehicle before they start work along with the estimate. They do all of this electronically including payment during these social distancing times.
