Regal Hong Kong Hotel Review

Stay at this hotel at the end of February! Because I am more environmentally friendly, I don't want to change the towel every day. I want to change it that day. Please call the waiter. The result is three reminders. Please wait for more than half an hour before picking up. Sleeping with friends, wanting a quilt, the waiter said that there is only one quilt in one room. I just want to sleep at night. Everyone is asking for him to grab the quilt. As a result, many problems are difficult for the guests. I waited for another hour and made a three-way call before I got it.

Nice room and value for money. There are plenty of indonesian food

In the past, i ocassionally go dinning at Cafe Rivoli due to the convenient transportation, reasonable prices, nice dessert even the food choices is limited.
However, it was recently reported that the Regal Group had laid off a lot of employees this year, and the Oriental Regal Hotel changed to quarantine station without notifying employees. Without careness to the feelings of the employees, my family and i believe Regal group must not value the guests too!
Hence, in the future, my family and friends will not return to Regal Group anymore.

value for money, tranway, subway, local eats all within short walking distance. this hotel is an mtr airport express limousine stop , and A11 ( airport bus /airport to city keg/ 40hkd only) stops in front of the hotel, good size room.

The hotel is very convenient for shopping in Causeway Bay, but the room facilities are a bit old, and it is not a very large bed. It is a twin bed and it is big enough. The air conditioning in the room was very noisy. I didn't have breakfast for this time, because there are a lot of foods to eat at the hotel, as well as net red snacks.

Good location for the price. Tram outside. Train and bus close. Market nearby. Rooms great, clean and staff friendly.

One of the best places to stay at when in hongkong! Luxurious rooms with beautiful interior and very professional staff. Make sure to try the infinity pool and the jacuzzi on the roof!

Very good location. Bus, tram & MTR stations only 2 minutes walking. Complete gym too. Next to Din Tai Fung restaurant & walking distance to Indonesian restaurant.

room is a bit old fashioned, the first time when we got the room, there wasn't any hot water for shower and we had to change our room. However, the destination is convenient. The hotel is easy to reach by transportation. Many shops around it

Location, location, location - it's in the heart of Causeway Bay (for shopping & food), few minutes walk to MTR and next to tram line (if you're not in a hurry, may be the best way to see HK Island). With Central being 3 MTR stops away to the west and North Point 3 stops to the east, it's my ideal hotel location in HK.

Being a Regal member our family of four enjoyed dinner buffet on this Friday evening with a 40% discount coupon. The food was not exotic but suit our taste. When we received the bill we finally knew why they were so few people. The list price of 600+ dollar was not competitive if you don t have any discount. A lesson learned for Discount coupon.

Quite nice located in the airport terminal and city metro is just a walk away

Beautiful stay at the Regal HK hotel, as always. I have been enjoying this lovely place for the past 10 years and I always come back to it with relish. This year they have open the Alto 88, top HK restaurant, for breakfast. It 's a brilliant idea, great food, lovely service, and amazing view of the harbour! Sad I fly back to France tonight..

The hotel is good. Cleaned daily. Hotel is clean. Breakfast was not ordered. It corresponds to its 4 stars. Around there are cafes where you can eat and drink coffee. Not far from the bus and tram station.

Very good hotel, professional staff in the very center of Hong Kong. Causeway bay. Providing on top of it a restricted pool on the rooftop is a must. Separated lobby and elevators for executive rooms. Definately recommended for a stay in HK for limited budgets.

A bit excessive and extravagant for European taste but excellent value for money especially for the rooms with access to the Lounge. In general the rooms are spacious and with bathrooms equipped with every comfort (shower separate from the tub).

Nice room if is executive. Have smoking rooms . Wifi cannot be used in more devices if you don't pay ...

Honestly don t know how they could call themself a 5star , no way of treating their guest properly or no way of speaking.

Luxurious, located in the middle of the business district.

The good part is; it provided all tools needed for exercise. But equipments are now getting old and dirt, much sweat, that needs to be seriously cleaned and slowly replacing the old equipment.

Location is good and also an airport express shuttle bus stop right at the hotel door. Easy access and convenient for travellers who use AE, yet hotel's shuttle service from and to airport also available. Wide room above average of hotel room in HK. Clean and comfortable. Helpful staff and value for money. Breakfast line also great. Restaurants and facilities inside hotel. Good choice for staying in Causeway bay.

Very disappointed with the dim sum like not like the same before. The service is still impressive .

The location is great, just 200 meters from the Causeway Bay MRT station, all along the way. There is also a stop sign at the entrance, and the clean area of the room is relatively large. It is recommended to increase the price to upgrade the executive floor above 31st floor, have free breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails, and check out on the 31st floor, but also can be extended until 4pm to enjoy the honor.

Regal Hotel has very good stir-up activities at this venue. The service is very good. The banquet manager and waiters are very satisfied. The food quality is also very good. The desserts are exquisite.

I booked a family room for family use and made it possible to use two rooms for connecting. It was not a family room, but I enjoyed it without any inconvenience.
