Resigned from REG Architects, West Palm Beach, FL. One out of 2 the most unprofessional company I used to work for for over 25 years of my career all over the world. Perfect example when you got business from your father and not necessarily got talent and knowledge in the profession. Only got business connections enough for industry survival. Plus extremity humiliating and abusive attitude to majority of employees from the owner Rick Gonzales makes this place impossible to perform architectural job. As a result very unprofessional stuff, because inability to evaluate people during hiring process. Pro people leaving this place and being there as a PM I am not recommending to spend your valuable professional time to get a position and/or business with REG. It is a big risk, because never know who would lead the project. As a person from inside it is a majority of projects with very big problems on the edge of legal involvement as a result. Please, be aware.
