Reflik is a great marketplace, which allows for additional income and access to roles that as a recruiter, you wouldn't be able to find otherwise. It also allows to the focus to shift from trying to do business development and find companies to work with, so that I can spend more time focusing on placing candidates into roles they are a fit for. A perfect solution for ambitious, independent recruiters.
Reflik is at best incompetent. They constantly post jobs, and then after you've worked them, they close them for no reason and without explanation, your candidates get offers that are then rescinded 30 minutes (literally) later, about 40% of your emails will go unanswered (accept by Komal), and they clearly have no real relationship with the companies.
Oh! And several of the good reviews on here are their own employees!

Great for companies to find talent fast and safe money doing it. It also gives recruiters great opportunities. More companies will use it in future for hiring.
