I am thankful for the Reflection Centre's guidance for our family over the last 6 months. Our children love coming to see their therapist and my husband and I have been able to work through the most challenging time of our lives. The team is compassionate yet challenged us, which is exactly what we needed. We also appreciated their flexibility in accommodating our ever changing schedules.
Absolutely Unprofessional.
I called to book an appointment and the receptionist ("Office Administrator") told me that Victoria would call me back. Three days later, the same receptionist called me and left me a message telling me to book online.
I booked online with a different therapist, Deborah, who decided not to honour my appointment. I sent an email checking in to make sure everything was okay as Deborah was a no call, no show, and I received no communication from the office. I received an email apologizing for Deborah not calling me and setting a second appointment.
Deborah also chose not to call me for the second appointment. Then when I sent her a lengthy text message asking her to remove me from her system as clearly we are not a match, Deborah called me a liar as I told her I did not receive any communication from her office and she told me I did, even after I sent her screenshots.
The Reflection Centre helped me cope with a rough patch in my life. I ended up joining a ladies group therapy class by recommendation and it was the best decision I made! Deborah and Victoria were amazing and led the group. They were both honest, caring, nurturing, loving and mlst importantly helpful. Group was such an amazing experience, not only did it help me deal with my issue and open my eyes to life's uncertainty it also helped me gain friendships. To me it was the best of all worlds. After my experience with the Reflection Centre and group therapy, I highly recommended it to anyone! Therapy saved my life and I am forever grateful!
I've been seeing Deb at Reflection Centre for several years now and have had an amazing experience! I love the friendly and homey feel the centre provides, which is different from the more stuffy office like practises i've been to before. Also, very happy that they've embraced technology so i can continue my appointments during Covid. Will continue to recommend!
The Reflection Centre and specifically Deborah and Victoria have provided attentive, focussed and professional help during an incredibly difficult time. The individual, couple and group therapy have been transformational and I will be forever grateful. I cannot recommend their services highly enough.
Deb Alton unknowingly triggered a lot of past traumas for me and I did not enjoy the experience at all and will not recommend the service and will never go back.
