Referral Exchange is a really sticky website that catches people looking for top agents in their area, getting their info and then farming it out to a bunch of realtors knowing that someone will likely get the business and they will make money for doing not much other than having a great website. And as of late they are upping their referral fees for not even speaking to the client often...

As for the client they are often bombarded by realtors who may or may not be a good fit for them if they are even wanting the service of a realtor. I also feel bombarded by RE for payment when it has been sent, and phone calls if I don't answer them right away.

I think a truly customer based business would be better and connecting the right realtors with clients not just spamming out information would benefit everyone better. I appreciate the business but I am doing all of the work and pitted against my colleagues at the clients expense.
