No place like reeves. You can hit a ball 3 fairway...
No place like reeves. You can hit a ball 3 fairways over and still have a great shot for par
No place like reeves. You can hit a ball 3 fairways over and still have a great shot for par
We played footgolf not real golf but it was a lot of fun
Grass was perfect and the grounds look professional
Nice, fairly well-maintained course, not too challenging, but still a public city course. Everyone is very friendly. Nice putting greens and driving range. Nice parks all around with running trails. Just the price can be a little high at times for even a simple 9 holes walking.
Good place to play for beginners. Wide open and few trees.
Nice driving range. Mats are alright. Targets could use more variety but it's a decent place to practice.
No rain checks!!!! Played 1 hole out of 9 and a thunderstorm rolled through. They would not give us a rain check. Never golfing here again. If you do be sure to check the weather
Such a great place to play and practice. Very excited to see what the new range has to offer in June! Staff is great and the greens are incredible for a public golf course with all the foot traffic they get. Highly recommend!
The golf course is decent. There is a friendly staff and the range is good.
Flat with limited trouble, this Cincinnati municipal course is situated adjacent to Lunken Airfield and provides for an entertaining round of 18, 9 hole par 3, or footgolf. Excellent practice facilities as well. Resident PGA pro Kyle Jones is the man.
It's a good, inexpensive place to get a leisurely round in. However, It's hard to get on the course after school lets out for the summer because of youth golf instruction. Then high school golf dominates after school hours in the fall.
Good course for a pleasant day on the course. Great value. Conditions are very goid.
My Dad worked at the driving range for extra $ in late 40's. Dad picked up a couple of broken clubs out of the trash and on his own time repaired them for our use as kids, with short shafts, etc. Plus a bucket of "smiling golf balls". When we took a Sunday drive from Fairfield in summer of 56 to cruise River Road, Dad stopped in to see his old work mates at the driving range. I was 7 years old, followed him in the range office.and when looking at the clubs remarked quite loud, "Dad, these clubs say City of Cincinnati just like the ones we have at home". Boy did I embarrass dear old Dad. Mom laughed and said well what do you expect , the boy can read.
Hard to lose a ball here. Easy course. Needs better maintenance. Staff was friendly. Extremely flat course.
people are nice, watch out if you want to play in the afternoon. They have leauges most evenings.
Real great par 3, 9 hole foot golf course! Make sure you don't wear cleats to play
Sad to see they will not rebuild the driving range covered area. They said the city is self insured and dont have the money.
Nice course, although planes from airport are distracting.
Course was okay aeration was a little annoying but overall was good
The par 3 is great to get a work out with your irons greens are OK
Easy to walk course. Challenging for average golfer.
Customer service is the best of any course I've been to! Fun course to play and also great to take beginners.
Have played course 6 times this month, the grounds superintendent should get big raise, course is in great playing condition. The staff is great. Only thing from keeping a 5 is that we have been behind 6somes and 8somes, when made aware staff did take care of it. Love this course just weekends sometimes difficult.
Had a great morning T with my uncles and brother in law.
I went to hit a bucket of balls at the driving range at 4:45 and even though the website says they are open until 7 they informed me that they were closed. There were still people hitting on the range and he followed me outside to turn off the machine.
Decent course for the price, usually waiting at every hole on weekends
Best shape I've seen the course in years! Straight, short, and easy with little hazards to lose your ball in. Great course for beginners and amateurs. Cashier, server, and starter were all friendly to me. Good time golfing!
Danny and Kyle couldn t do a better job! Always friendly and customer service driven. They set a great example for the rest of the staff.
Lots of fairway areas dead from water laying in low spots. Greens full of ball marks. Other than those two things the course was very nice.
This is a wonderful place for juniors to practice. 1 large bucket is only 5 dollars when you buy a YGA card (6 dollars) and the card lasts for the entire year! I would highly recommend this facility!
Great course and a lot of fun. Reasonable prices and in good shape. This is a very forgiving course so it is great for beginners
Great course, easy to play on, and a great staff to work with. Thank you very much for a great bachelor party outing!
Great staff. Fun course with a bonus of planes flying overhead.
Good place for slow golfers. Golf course is in a great shape.
Great and inexpensive place to play golf on the East Side. Not a ton of bad qualities except for the road surface for the driveway is very poorly maintained. Other then that, a very good driving range and putt/chipping practice area!
Its better than nothing, but if you think a bit longer drive to another course is too much, it is not. The driving range is a driving range. The course isn't in good condition. For any semi serious golfer I would head up to Sharon Woods instead, or another Hamilton County course. The prices are either similar or cheaper. The course only has convenience on its side. It is okay for practicing, but still we all know it doesn't take much to mess up your swing, so it's not worth it trying to take a divot in clay. Also once you play it twice the holes all look the same, any landscaping company could take a piece of flat land and construct this golf course. Tall grass is a boring hazard, and thats about the majority of what you'll see.
Flat course, not much trouble, playable for a novice with a par 3 course
My teenage sons and I love the front 9, back 9 and par 3! The staff is always super friendly and encouraging. This course is lovely, well-maintained, relaxing. Also, the airport activity of Lunken adds to the excitement and ambiance of the course.
If you stick at golf, like me. This is a great place to go to work on your errors. Forgiving course. Straight and flat on every hole.
Nice course and the best people that run it ,really a good deal any time to play ,cart paths need a little work but overall great deal !!
Range hours not posted online. Open at 10 on Friday (FYI)
Regulation course is nice and flat so good for novices. Very open too which helps beginners. Par three includes foot golf play in addition to normal golf.
Terrible staff, rude and unlike any other municipal course in Cincy. They are still in business due to location only, else they would have gone to pasture years ago.
Very nice golf course 4 people who are higher handicap golfers. Most of the time it is in decent shape. Especially when you consider what they charge.
Winter rates 10bucks for 9 holes course in very good condition
love the course. wat to many peoples tee times to close and no ranger to move people along.
Range is decent grass and mats. 10$ for large bucket of balls
It was a first class experience. Nice Golf course. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. If you like watching airplanes this is the place. I would definitely visit again. Great value for the price.
Great place to practice or take up the game of golf!
Cool, helpful staff. Simple-flat open field course, well maintained. Easy to walk. Cool little par three, driving range, play grounds near by. Pretty much a perfect place for the family.
Played the "par 3" course and it was a swamp and no hole over about 120 yards. The normal course didn't look much better.
Course was in bad shape, we were hurried through our round even though we were slowed down due to slow play in front of us
Fast greens. Good layout. Good staff. Little Miami needs to hire their greenskeeper.
This course had me shoot 10 under my scratch. Made me feel like a million bucks
Very nice course, with a simple design that will probably please beginners. Overall flat, so walking is really an option, and you won't lose many balls as its wide fairways are pretty forgiving for the most part. I go there pretty often and I would recommend that you check it out. They have a driving range, a 9 holes par 3 course, and three practice putting/chipping greens.
awesomeness i am loner played golf by myself beautfiul day wat more to ask for
Wasn't allowed to hit off the grass at driving range.
Inexpensive, reasonable staff, simple course and hard to find trouble
Short Easy course. Just bring bug spray! The mosquitos are terrible in the back
Awful, poor mgmnt, everytime I give them a chance they are shut down or not functioning for one reason or another. Always head to Avon fields after being disappointed and have a great day. Been turned away 5 times this season on relatively slow week days. Starting to doubt that Im just unlucky.
Good easier course and friendly staff. I like that there aren't any water hazards to lose balls in! Cart paths need maintenance in several areas. Overall a pretty good value for the money. Seniors save $5 off, and you can bring in your own drinks and snacks.
Unnecessarily rude. Went to watch our daughter play in her school match. Clerk at the pro shop was very inconsiderate and rude in explaining that parents can t rent a cart to follow. Not only is the policy dumb, but the clerk aggressively pushing it across the counter shows lack of professionalism and thinking. Never coming here again. Low brow and not worth the attitude you get to play here.
Open and well maintained public course near lunken airport. There are both an 18 hole reg course and a 9 hole par 3 course. The par 3 course has footgolf as well. One of the better public courses in the Cincy area. Keep up the good work all!
Nice little golf facility with driving range, par 3 and regulation. Great place for beginners.
Well maintained for a public golf course. The driving range is cheap. If I lived closer I'd come far more often.
Very straightforward course. Great for beginners but leaves a little to be desired for more experienced golfers. What do I know though I have a 30+ handicap.
This place made me question the saying: a bad day on the course is better than a good day at work especially when we made the turn to loop the course for a second 18, and they informed us we needed to take our clubs off the carts (we were two 4somes on a golf outing ) because they were OUT OF CARTS! Uggh! The planes buzzing us on our backswing were an added bonus.
It's well maintained and the course is pretty open. Good for beginners.
The course is a beginner's course, but the practice facilities are very nice. The grass tees are closed more often than I'd like though.
Open course for driving the ball. We caught them on a good day. Not too busy, able to play with no delays. Good comfortable weather.
