ok so i am going through a custody battle and was required to do a drug screen and steroid test. Results came back and said i passed hair follicle test but failed the steroid test. I dont use steroids, i wouldnt kno where to even get steroids if i wanted. Ontop it says I failed for something called Drostanolone whatever that is but doesnt show me my level only the cutoff level. Redwood definitely has some issues going on. Theres no way to dispute this unless u pay $399 for another test. Like i would even do that since i just got railroaded with the first one! Customer support is terrible and give you one big run around. Someone should really check the cleanliness of this lab as well each tech's experience level. Do not even understand how this could have happened. These are my children your messing with!!!

We have been using this lab for several years and are very happy with the level of service they provide. Sometimes they get busy and GCMS confirmations take a bit longer to arrive but this can be said of any SAMSHA certified lab. It's nice to be able to reach the toxicology department should we have any immediate needs.

This place shouldn't even be a place of business... showed positive for somthing I've never tuched in my life. They do not drug test their employees. Not good for anyone.

This company is completely one sided and has no concern for the donors of urine samples that are from their client agency. I called simply asking if melatonin was covered in their comprehensive drug test as I would have to list it on my current medications list to not get a positive in the eyes of the agency I m giving the sample too if it was tested for. This information did not differ in any manner from the information publicly available on their website. But as it was not one of the prescription medications listed since it s not a prescription medication it is available right next to vitamins in the store. I figured I make a quick call to ask. The customer service representative would not speak to me other than to tell me that she can t due to HIPPA laws. The question I had was not in violation of HIPPA laws due to no privacy of the agency involved being violated. This company has no regard for the people effected by it other than to the client agency for which I PAY to have it tested for.

10 mouth swabs said I failed for alcohol, I had to go to ANY LAB TEST NOW IN FISHERS & PAY $250 FOR A HAIR FOLLICLE DRUG TEST

I run a group that deals with many addicts and nothing is worse when I know they are clean yet the tests this lab uses gives them a false positive. It had caused more than 1 to relapse. If any courts use this lab I believe the test should be thrown out

I am an attorney in California that was referred to this lab for possible assistance on a retest. The people at this lab were incredibly rude. They hung up on me during the first call and when I called back they were defensive and rude. They indicated they "do not work with attorneys." I find that odd, because if they were impartial, why would they care who used their services?

I myself have tested positive with these quacks. So I went to the university of Missouri and had blood ,hair and fluid test done. NOTHING. And I was test twice by another. Nothing. DO NOt TRUST THESE QUACKS. They're better off cleaning port a pottys

I am surprise of the bad reviews this company get. Our interaction with them have always been great and professional. We have been using this company for more than 15 years and their costumer service and devices are great quality.

My mouth swab drug test came back positive for cocaine I have never touched that stuff it's obvious they are not careful with their samples and it probably got mixed up with someone else's yet they refuse to take responsibility for it. I had to be punished for something I did NOT do. They need to be looked into and fire the people that are not doing their jobs correctly!

THERE MOUTH SWAB TEST used ARE UNRELIABLE. my wife and I used this laboratory for our situation & 8 different drug test came back positive for alcohol. We went to a different lab (it's called any lab test now, which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND) and had a hair follicle test done proving in a court of law there test are unreliable.
We paid out of pocket $200 for the hair test, which went back one year, all results were negative, no alcohol was consumed. REDWOOD DENIES ANY OUTSIDE SUBSTANCE CAN CAUSE FALSE POSITIVES. I RECOMMEND YOU GET OUT SIDE TESTING DONE. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!

Have great experience with Redwood, wish I could use their saliva devices but unfortunately the local courts don't recognize this form of testing even though it is less intrusive and has lower possibilities for tampering. Regarding a previous post, big labs typically need an account set up and without their supplies and forms they probably won't test single samples. Attorneys might want to check with local facilities that collect samples rather than expect a big lab to arrange for a single test to be handled outside protocol.

The program I go to used this lab for or urine results. There have been 3 incidents where something has gone wrong with my urine. Once it couldn't be tested because who knows why and then twice they tried to say it was dirty. Once it was totally impossible because I knew there was something fishy going on so I used someone else's urine and the same urine two separate times. Once it came back clean and than the next time it was dirty for heroin. Explain to me how the EXACT same urine (this person did not pee for me two separate times) be clean on one occasion and dirty on the next.... do not use this lab if your results will effect your livelihood. They are corrupt and sketchy and I will be investigating this further
