Worked as a contractor under RedRock for 9 months in 2017, no issues at all, all invoices paid on time, good communication with consultant. Would have no issues working under them again.

Very conveyor belt experience with this agency - have received numerous calls in succession from them, and they never seem to twig that they're calling the same person - strike one for making me feel unvalued.

You don't feel like jobs are being matched that well to you either - and they quote (phone and email) the current naff recruiter buzz word of "I've been passed your CV by a colleague, and I'm very impressed" - strike two.

The guys are nice enough to deal with, but it seems evident that this is another recruiter, who is trying to throw bodies at jobs; and most of the time I've found that the jobs are already being advertised by a number of other agencies.

Maybe take time to read up on your candidates, get to know what they are looking for, rather than what CV key words match your criteria - and be mindful when dealing with us; we want to work, we want you to get your commission... We aren't just names and numbers.

Ben has been an absolute pleasure to deal with while going through the recruitment process. Effective communication and a tenacity to get things done when others might procrastinate ensured he and Redrock succeeded in landing me the role I was after. I would highly recommend Redrock Consulting and would not hesitate contacting them again when/if the need arises.

Seem to be serial spammers. I've already indicated to them that I am not currently looking for work, and yet they (indeed the same person) continues to call/text/email/leave voicemails on a regular basis.

Another shtty recruiment company. They put a lot of contract roles to the market and just want to collect cv's as much as they can. So cliche. They call me after my application and only interest about my previous company contacts and other financial business information. He had no idea about my resume as well as experience. Just dummy questions line by line. It ended up they have no contract at all. Sneaky and waste of time!

I have been working with RedRock for a good few years now and dealing with Luke has been a pleasure. He is very on the ball as all the staff and maintains a good working relationship keeping us in the loop and up to date every step of the process. An agency that doesn't pester but is there when you need them.

I have worked with Redrock for some considerable time as an employer. Their service has never been anything other than that of the very highest standard (Specifically Luke and Kyle). They understood what I looked for as an employer and carefully matched candidates to my needs. It was certainly not just keyword matching and they looked at an individuals qualities and established a good cultural fit too. I am extremely picky when it comes to the agencies I work with and even within a company preferred supplier list I still have preferred suppliers to work with. They are on that list and as long as Luke and Kyle remain there they will have my business.

Call you before 8am and confuse Java with JavaScript. If you block their number or tell them you re not interested they forget about it and start all over again the next week. I no longer answer calls with withheld numbers which is one of the tricks they deploy when you re forced to ignore them.

Miles Davies contacted myself in regards a job oppotunity via email and then we setup a telephone call. It all seemed great and i fitted the profile to match what was at hand. I didn't hear anything back by the end of the week of which Miles said he would have had an update, that was 3/4 weeks ago, and since I've emailed 4 or 5 times with no response. It's not the fact the company aren't or are interested in myself, at least have the common decency to send a one minute email in response to my email(s).

I was fortunate enough to have dealt with Alex Johnson from the recruitment consultancy team at Red Rock. The service offered to me as an applicant was second to none, and set the agency apart from competitors.
I was kept continually informed, and felt fully supported in preparation for interview, offered encouragement, and given the impression of real personal investment in my application from Alex, which well surpassed that which I've previously experienced with many other recruitment consultants.
I was successful in my application, but would this review in any event. I have, and will continue to recommend Red Rock to my colleagues and contacts.

I have worked in Technology related roles for over 20 years and worked with multiple different types and levels of consulting and recruitment firms.

One of the very few consultancy organisations I have confidence in is Redrock. The consultants in Redrock are transparent, realistic and ensure the full picture is provided both on the organisation and the brief.

I have worked for Redrock for over 2 years now and will continue to work with them for future roles. They are professional, communicate regularly and don't leave you hanging. They also respond to roles where you have not been successful with details and reason why which is rare in my experience.

I am also a client of Redrock where I have recruited a team of over 16 contract resources at delivery, strategy and subject matter expert level.

Redrock vetting, time to fill roles and prep of candidates has been exceptional. All candidates have been clear on the brief and also I have had little churn on contract staff that have been recruited to the Isle of Man which is no mean feat. Exceptional service.

They also pay all my contract resources on time and me :) which is important contract and interims who you want to build relationships with.

I would highly recommend them over and above the rest.

Avoid working with these guys. I was contacted by someone called Miles from there, who got me 2 interviews. Communication went downhill massively after the interview. I had to keep chasing him to find out what's going on and get some feedback. I gave an interview 3 weeks ago and yet not heard anything. When I do finally get hold of him he comes up with different reasons to why he didn't call me back. Very unprofessional.

Trying to get back to work after having children and after 18 months of fruitless searching and a seemingly endless stream of new recruiters getting in contact, I was called out of the blue by RedRock.
They had found my CV online and matched me to a perfect role. I was well guided and communicated with throughout the process. I got the job and am needless to say relieved and most grateful.

I had a great experience with Redrock Consulting, a chap called Kyle Nicholls was extremely friendly and was always available to chat about pending interviews or to relay information, even on a Friday evening!! His advice got me the job I have today. Very committed would 100% recommend to anyone looking for an Engineering position. It worked out very well in my case!!

I was contacted out of the blue after they claimed to have read my CV. They had a job which they thought I would be interested in and I was. Upon a phone conversation I was left thinking what a waste of time (and I was even told that it would be a waste of time to apply), because the person who had contacted me had clearly not read my CV properly. As it goes, I actually satisfy a lot of the successful candidate requirements of that job (only fall short on 1 or 2) and some of the desirable criteria, but not enough questions were asked about my technical competences.

I was asked a lot of questions about my employment history and my salary aspirations. I was asked some questions about my knowledge and experience, but I believe the questions I was asked were not appropriately worded, phrased or direct enough to give a straight answer.

As I know Redrock read these reviews, maybe you should take note that if you are to contact a potential applicant, do your research first and read the CV properly.

I was looking for a job desperately as relocating to different place, and Ben from RedRock had contacted me, and got a interview within a week and received the job offer within a month, and the best thing is that the job is much better than I have expected.

Super efficient and no nonsense. Tyler messaged me on Linkedin and 5 days after I had a signed contract and confirmation of a start date! The RedRock team; Tyler and James are professional and nice people. Their emails are to the point, they make sure to give all the info they have about the new job, even telling me I might need to use my own laptop first week (little details matter). I've had some bad encounters with agents so this smooth transaction was like a gust of fresh air. Highly recommended and I'd love to work with them again. So happy they found me.

I have been working with Redrock for a number of years now and they are usually my first port of call when I have a new vacancy to fill. They have taken time to understand our business which has allowed them to send through excellent candidates that meet our particular needs. The worst recruitment company I ve ever dealt with. Have had calls from several of the consultants about my CV and suitable jobs - 99% of the roles I ve been put forward for I ve never heard back about even after chasing several times. I did go for one interview however never received any feedback from said interview. Do not waste your time, they obviously have quotas to fill and will only waste your time!!

I have 5 interview in the next week mostly due to RedRock. I have had daily chats with different people there about the jobs I am being put forward for and they have been a great help in getting a job so far

I have been working with RedRock Consulting for a number of years and have been continually impressed with the way they conduct their business. Each contract I have been contacted for has been a great fit and the consultants do their homework to ensure they are not wasting the clients or my time in order to just fill a role. The senior management also take an active role in communicating directly with me, which in my books is a major plus point.

We use RedRock currently for our Recruitment needs. They seem to source the best IT candidates and take time to understand a businesses needs. I would highly recommend them.
