Its a woven factory. Basically for Denim, denim jacket, Pant.

Worst factory of EPZ, really worst even you can't imagine...

Heavy duty hour for Bangladeshies...(11+)
No Lunch .......( Available for foreign VIPs not for Bengali dogs)
No transport ( available for foreign VIPs)
No canteen.....
No good seating arrangements let alone corporate environment....
No dedicated team for compliance....HR oriented factory.
Lot of grouping and lot of thief available.....
Only foreigners are treated as Officers rests are slum dog......
Recruitment system is not satisfactory, lack of professional HR practices ( traditional HR & compliance available)
Weak, unskilled, unworthy HR management and thief like practice is available...

Partially complianced....

Top scale salary
Incharge salary scale is more than 70,000BDT.
But it's a partially compliance industry
HR Manager executes the factory
Lack of professional HR.
No dedicated Compliance personnel like Compliance manager, Compliance officer, EHS Manager, Fire safety officer,
No corporate environment.
No well mannered management.
