At there East Long Street sober house they allow certain people to buy and sell their suboxone! This place was hell and has devastated my recovery. Even staff knew about it and nothing was done about it. This place takes your rights away and will kick you out of there program if you submit any grievances or cause rifles they will kick you out and state false statements about the reasons why. They even steal your food stamps away and fraudulently use them for the sober house without your authorization to do so. This place needs to be investigated for fraud. If you want to relapse this is definitely the place for you. I have contacted ADAMH board about the things they are doing and waiting for a phone call. Mr John Dawson and Amy Beecher are even aware of these things and do nothing about them. Please save your own life and find another sober house/treatment center if not you will die. I hope this helps others, I hope you dont pick this sober house/treatment center.
I called them and told them I was going to be 10 minutes late and asked if they could still see me. They said that s fine, so I went ahead and continued driving. Arrived, after waiting for another ten minutes I was told I needed to reschedule because I was a half an hour late. Umm, no? I was ten minutes late and ya ll said that was fine. I just need help.
Mr. Greg Jefferson, and Mr. John Dawson are fine examples of great leadership and a positive image in the community, and leave an indelible impact on the children they serve, and I'm sure the impact on the children lives could not be so positive without a great team to to lead. Keith Muse.
