I have never had to call a pest control company before so I wasn't sure where to turn. Turns out I had a huge nest of Bald Face Hornets in my front yard tree. I called at 2:40pm on Sept 18th and Shaun from Redi National had the nest removed before I even made it home from work today. Hopefully I never need them again but if I do I will definitely call Redi National again.
Rarely keep appt times. Service personnel are great when they finally show. I tried to be patient with them. They always fail to improve. Their senior leadership doesn't care about customer service or accept any responsibility for the lack of it!
Stay away from this company...
Called them as I had a moles infestation and 4 months in I have more than before and I am out $500 plus $85 every month for the next year...
I also told them after their first treatment that the problem was persisting and they weren't caring much about it. They are timely in charging me every month though...
Extremely disappointed with the service. Just do it yourself and save your money, as clearly they aren't good at what they do or they don't care.
I was going to call them this weekend to do a job at my house. I ran into one of their drivers in everett on 128th at around 4:05 pm. He ran a red light trying to turn into 128th from Fred Meyers parking lot. I was turning left with a green arrow and then I merged to the right lane. He started yelling and flipping me off, very hostile. I do not recommend hiring them.
A fella by the name of Dennis did a wonderful job of ridding our complex (Cottonwood Apts.) of spiders AND cleaning light fixtures outside and interior stairwell of spider webs.. THANK YOU DENNIS!!!! PS a Co-Worker of yours SB gave you major Kudos :)
Matthew has been amazing! We are a small buisness with flexible hours and he has always found a way to work with our schedule. He always has a possitive and professional attitude. Absolutly would recomend over and over
I noticed rodent droppings in my cement basement and got a pest control company, they got worse with that company. After a few other companies still no fix, I reached out to redi national. The service tech found the openings in a few minutes, went over plan to fix it and treatment. 3 other companies failed to see this flaw in the house. Redi sealed things and then set bait and traps and within a few months. Gone!! I have had no issues since but kept them on a monthly service due to rodent issues in area. I ve since sold and now have a new house and you can bet, I ll be calling them again for service at my new home, even though no signs, I know winter time they try to find a warm place

Gather around and let me tell you a story about a true hero and the best customer service I have ever received. My day started at 6am when I heard loud scratching on the inside of the master bathroom door. Deathly afraid I head to the garage for a crow bar and bucket in order to pretend like I'm going to do something so my wife doesn't realize what a wuss I actually am. I gingerly peak in the bathroom - no rat. Just small particles scraped off the bottom of the door. I seal up the base of the door hoping to trap it in there. Fast forward an hour I'm working in the dining room and a HUGE rat walks right past my foot. I FREAK OUT and chase it in to a coat closet and immediately seal up the base of the door (much better than the bathroom). The rat proceeds to scratch and claw but seems to actually be trapped inside. With a fat rat trapped inside my closet I then had to tell my wife that I have to leave for work. You could imagine how that went I'm sure.
4 hours go by and numerous calls to pest companies were made. Only one actually talked me off the ledge and explained what I could try to do with the rat: Redi National. Only one said they could have someone come out TODAY right when I get home from work: Redi National. I immediately felt better when I got off the phone with them. A plan was in place.
Enter the hero of the story: Tony Sotelo (Pest Inspector for Redi National). After performing a full house inspection and pointing out various possible entrance points it was time to address the dreaded closet rat. Tony designed a plan to create a barrier that would direct the rat outside if it got loose. He then opened the door and caught the rat with his hands using a glue trap! I was stunned! With his hands!!!!!!! He single handily put an end to one of the worst days I've ever had. What a hero. Thank you Tony Sotelo. If any of Tony's bosses are reading this review please give Tony a raise/bonus. He deserves it.
