But that car of my car is not correct till date
I got my car after serving form service center . Very bad service as they didn't tightened wheels and they delivered car like that only.i nearly missed an accident. Very bad service and gross negligence made here. No one listen to you. Everyone will talk to make you jogad for service.
Very bad experience send my car for honda connect there employees landed it into crashed door a 10 days old 5 th generation honda city . Though they said they will replace the door but all this happens wen u don't bother bout your customers .

Highly un organized Honda Dealer. Shops in Chavdi Bazar New Delhi are more organized and customer centric. Top to bottom team of showroom employees are bunch of liars.

If you want to buy Honda's car, then go to Paradise Honda Gorakhpur under compulsion. By the way, this place is not suitable for buying cars, especially for those who are buying cars for the first time. The staff here can lie to anything to sell the car and make their commission and can go to any extent and later you will have nothing left to regret. So be careful and think about another agency. Never Paradise Honda.

There was no expectation of such carelessness in this time of work. There was a double step in changing the only step down, when I got myself from the mechanic, when I went there and worked a lot of unnecessary work, trying to express my feelings with very sadness.

Very bad servicing experianced on dt 07.07.2020 at Paradise Honda workshop specially for wheel balancing ......mechanic advoiced me to replace my 3 out of 4 tyre wheels while above wheels are good in condition (need only wheel balancing). I had told Service advoiser to adjust my estimate as there only 1 wheel have been balanced but re-estimated price Rs.1538 on its original price Rs.1062. I felt cheated at Paradise Honda workshop.
Service is very poor ...they told me total time in service..3 hrs.but after 5 hrs still all service formality is not done by service centre. Very bad service.....

I have given my honda city for claim and servicing at paradise honda on 5th June 2019 to adviser Mr. M.K. Pandey. He told that it will take around 20 day for all claim, dent and service work. Again on die date of 22 nd June 2019 I ask for my vehicle to be delivered. He told that it will be delivered on 28th of June. I repeatedly beg him for my vehicle as I had urgent personal work. Again on calling on 28th of June he told that he can not deliver the vehicle because 1 hour before my call he seen a new dent so servicing will not be done. Previously I beged him again and again for servicing but this person told that be carefree we will provide all the service in time . Now I am no where that what I should do since now he is not responding my calls also. It is my leisure fate thay I choose honda city in gorakhpur with very poor service....Better not to buy honda cars form paradise honda

Very Very Bad Services! Degrading The Prestige & Reputation of HONDA! Even the telephone is not working, says temporarily suspended! HONDA makes such quality products, but it s dealer network is very bad! Not only in Gorakhpur,but also in Faizabad ( Saini) and Lucknow ( Saini) . I am suffering because I purchased several Honda implements from Saini(Faizabad & Lucknow)!
