Redding Public Library Review

I love this library, my kids and I have been going here for years.

Shasta Public Libraries are open to the public. One of a handful of libraries that are open in California, they have had to do a lot of work to make the library safe for patrons staff and volunteers. Masks are required enter the library.

The library is great. Very nice building and a wonderful selection of books, movies and more. You would think being right next to the police station however, that the homeless population there wouldn't be so rampant.

I bought a book by Sylvain Neuvel, Walking Gods, from the Dollar Tree. His other two books, Sleeping Giants, (the first one) and Only Human(the third one) are both available. I currently have both in my posession and will be reading then returning them. If you can't wait I'd suggest shopping at tge Dollar Tree, or checking out Walking Gods which I donated.

Poor Vet in front of me had a $5 late fee, tried to pay it for him when he left, but the cashier/employee could not pull him back up, what a shame!! We need to help out each other when we can, especially those who have fought for your country/freedom!!

Great place. Quiet comfortable. With wifi for free. Computer to use. It's great

Everyone who works here is lovely, library is clean and we love all the great kids programs!

I honestly love this library. It's huge, it's clean, it's in order, it's easy to navigate. I never have to wait long when I put an item on hold. All the employees are always friendly and pleasant, I've not had anything other than a good experience here.
