Addy Electric Review

We had the pleasure of having Addy Solar and Electric install our solar panels after being referred by a number of people at my husband's place of employment. I'm so happy we were referred to and picked this company! Nathan MacKay is the energy consultant who came out first to give us the spiel on solar he is such a great guy, super nice and so knowledge and explained everything in detail within 1 hr. he made sure I understood everything by the time we were done I knew Addy Solar and Electric would be the company we choose to do our solar! Then there is Pete Cottrell, he is an absolutely amazing technician, and was with us from start to finish. He is so knowledgeable and knows exactly what he's doing. His professionalism is top notch as is the the job he did. Our solar panels look absolutely amazing on our new roof! I thoroughly enjoyed working with this Addy Solar & Electric. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to do solar in the future who wants a company with top notch employees like Pete Cottrell whom you can trust, who does an absolutely clean & impeccable job with the utmost professionalism. Have had my new solar system from Addy Solar & Electric operating for a couple weeks now. It is so exciting to see how much power the system is generating! The system works great and the Solar Edge monitoring system allows me to see real time performance of each panel from my pc and mobile phone. The whole experience with Addy was great. Honest and reliable! They had the best pricing and Jake was very patient with my questions. My system was completed 7 months and im still more than happy with how things turned out.

At this point I am leaving a low rating for the General backup generator we had Addy install. The job was almost finished in early March, however, there are still problems with the damage to our property. The replacement sidewalk is dangerous and still has the form on it. The plumbing to the propane tank is not finished. The ditch is at least 6 inches below ground level, also dangerous, and the repairs to the drywall in our finished garage is still not finished. Contact with company has yielded no reply. Very disappointed in them.

With PG&E rolling outages during the summer I knew a backup generator was a must.
I called Danny and he was helpful, knowledgeable and came back with a fair bid, on time and on schedule.
The generator install was clean and connected professionally. Works like a charm.

We took the plunge with Addy Solar and Electric after meeting and watching them do an installation at our neighbor's house. The Addy guys are great people doing great work. They did all the paperwork with the county and built our system without a hitch. Very nice, friendly, competent, people, and we are extremely satisfied! Answered all our questions and now we're up and running. Five stars for all those guys! We should've done it along time ago..

After my last review, Aaron at Addy contacted me to fix it. He was surprised that the County had signed the final inspection report, however, these cosmetic issues are of no concern to County officials. Within a week, staff came out to our home, and within the next 4 days, all issues that were remaining were fixed and all is well. We are very happy with our Generac backup generator. Anyone can make a mistake, and all is forgiven. A company that can admit their fault, and work quickly to fix the issues has the integrity I admire. Addy stood behind their promise and I would highly recommend their company.
