I recently had my roof redone by this roofing company, and I have to say, the process was quite average. The workers were prompt and seemed knowledgeable, but the overall customer service experience was lacking. The pricing was reasonable, but I wish there was more transparency in the initial quote. The quality of the work was decent, but I noticed a few small issues that should have been addressed before completion. Overall, the job got done, but I was left feeling like the experience could have been better. I appreciate the effort, but there is definitely room for improvement in communication and attention to detail.
