I'm having an issue processing payments. Waited on hold for over an hour, just to be hung up on. Called back, waited on hold, was able to leave a message. I would have preferred to leave a message before waiting on hold. Sent an email, no response. Opened a ticket through the automated chat system on the website, no response. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

they made me sign a contract that joined them for years and I have never known that you cannot leave a card processor, you just leave, now they charge me $ 2,100 for leaving, which no processor does , The reason for my departure is that they do not answer the calls of their clients or emails and used other processors and they have never charged me anything for leaving. they are extortionists,
Was told we could cancel within a certain time frame. 1 week later when the service was terrible and we realized the mistake we had made, we tried to cancel. We were called by someone from a different department threatening lawsuits and told we were never told we could cancel. We actually had a 4 year contract. They flat out lied to our faces and we were left paying way to much for a below par service!
I unplugged the machine and went with square. Yes, I pay a monthly fee to red payments but they will not get another dime out of me. Square is up front about fees and I know what I m paying for!
The worst customer service they will not help you out with the errors in the contract James king was my sales man I asked for a 2 year contract and I got a 4 year contract he won't call me back to help fix the problem called customer service rep and got yelled at no one at red payments knows how to help there customer's and treat them right so the customer's will always be happy and come back I would not recommend red payments. they need training on how to do business right and how you treat your customer's right they could be the best if they only tryed to do business right.I am all about customer service I go above and beyond if something is not right I will fix it and see how happy my customers are that's why we are a 5 and you are not
Have to say that I was with this company since it's been open 15 years ago. And I remember Simon who started this company Tried always hard and achieved its best with his whole big team over many years. Company is very honest. And try there best. No one will ever beat their prices . Many companies over many years tried to take over our credit card system. But Simon and his team always did better. Thank you Farah. Who was with me for last few years very patiently . Sorry to say that we had to switch company due to our computer system allowed only use there own system. But couldn't leave you guys without saying "BIG THANK YOU".
They are extremely helpful. my rep is the best person and always available for assistance 24 hours 7 days. i would highly recommend them to merchants specially merchant pass program. my customers do not mind paying fees at all and i pay upfront monthly charges which are way less than others.
The representative, Ethan, told my boss in front of us that we could cancel Any time. When the boss decided to cancel, he was informed he was locked in to a 4 year contract. These people lied to us and are scam artists. The amount of money they charge to customers is higher than what square charges the business. If customers are paying the processing fee, there is no justification for charging an additional fee.
Do not buy from them. We regret doing so. Clients also tip less because they are charged so much.
Upon trying to resolve the issue, they have refused to contact the owner, hung up on him, and treated him with extreme disrespect.
Calls to them are blocked and ignored, instead of being dealt with professionally. Do yourself a favour and stay away from them.
Also, at the time of writing this, the real tree company and Brooke c who gave them 5 stars and attack those who say otherwise, if you look at their profiles they only have 1 review each- for red payments. This is highly suspicious, and leads me to believe they are not in fact real people, but just fakes trying to do damage control for the company.
Received a more advanced system for less than what I was paying before and the sales rep even helped me install it. Anytime I have questions they ve been available to our staff. At first was hesitant after I seen a few shakes reviews, although after a second look I realized people whom speak like that rarely even looked professional let alone we re business owners. Red payments really has followed through with all of their promises; not to mention We even received a few hundred dollars for referring them to other businesses. Give them 1% of your trust they will earn the rest. Great experience.
