Always enjoyed this course - mix of longer and shorter holes and some of the toughest greens around. Should be fun for all skill levels, and a relative bargain in winter when so many other courses jack up rates.

Great venue, beautiful ceremony area, reception hall is great and bar is awesome. Can't go wrong. The food was also amazing, Italian dinner with chicken parm.

However, if your wedding photos are important to you, absolutely do not use Everything Arizona Weddings (Greg) for your photos. This is a vendor they offer and you will regret it.

Very simply put, your wedding is one of the most important days of your life, and this is not the photographer to capture those moments. Quick to respond up front, offer the world, but then disappear and deflect all questions thereafter.

The day of the wedding was a disaster from step one. Greg, is extremely difficult to work with. We had to ask him several times to relax as he was beginning to ruin the experience. This however changed nothing. Ultimately we figured if the pictures were ok who cares? But they were not. The poses are generic and bland and you have to continually ask to do your own, but on your wedding day you will be distracted and not thinking of funny things to do and which family members to get pics with. The final product was lacking severely. The "edited" photos look better when you apply a simple apple filter on your iPhone and we are terribly disappointed. On top of this and more importantly, there are so many moments not captured; no photos of all of our guests (aside from giant group class graduation type photo), the tables after being decorated (only before with candles next to centerpieces unlit), none of the food (at all), bar (which was a huge room with beautiful custom copper plated bar), our first dance (had to awkwardly go back out after for pics, none of spins or dips or smiles/kisses on floor), and too many more to name.

Again, do not take a chance on pictures, they will tell your story for decades to come & that is something we will forever regret.

We had our wedding here, and thanks to Lori we had a near-perfect wedding day! The venue is newly remodeled and our guests loved the food (we had the Italian menu). Lori was very helpful and detail-orientated, and made the place look beautiful. The one thing I would highly recommend if you do chose this venue for your wedding, is DO NOT HIRE THE PHOTOGRAPHER COMPANY they recommend as a preferred vendor for your wedding day, for those who want the short version.

Great course for the value! This course is now one of our new favorites due to the conditions. There is some strategy that comes into play on most holes with some risk/reward hitting driver around bends. Greens were in great shape for peak-Summer. Customer service has been awesome as well, good to see a head pro get involved with your casual players - thanks Scott!

Beautiful event space. This is my second time visiting this venue for a wedding and it was beautiful. There are 2 ceremony options and the reception area is good for intimate gatherings. The staff was very quick taking away plates and refilling waters. The DJ was fun and full of energy and they photo booth was a lot of fun. The food was pretty good too!

Two different 9 holes. Condition is not great, just FAIR.

Front 9 holes are crampted among small houses. After the turn the real beauty of desert course that deserve admission and any drive to get there starts. Through out the course, you can tell some signature Pete Dye design here and there. Overall the course is not well manicured.

I have always loved Red Mtn. Ranch, Sky Mtn. Estates, since first moving there in 1989. I've watched it become overpopulated and the wildlife retreat further Northeast. It is still refreshing after the rain and the desert toads go into the roadways to play in the puddles. Sky Mtn. Estates still has a very limited number of vehicles venturing through it.

Sadly the corporate owners of the club are allowing it to crumble to the ground. Rumors are they want to convert it into houses. Lots and lots of repairs are needed but are never attended to. Part of the club house is falling and is gated off so you don't walk there due to collapse risk. Landscape goes unattended, golf course needs water and maintenance. Watering system is broken and in disrepair. Food is marginal at best and they force an 18% service charge on you. The people working there are good people but their situation is bleak. The Pete Dye course is good and tough but would be so much better with proper attention. Shameful.

Great semi-public course. You have to choose your shots wisely on this Pete Dye track. Lots of false front greens, strategically placed bunkers and deceptively tempting approach shots. If you like a challenge, you'll enjoy this course.

The course was in horrible condition. Our cart had a flap broken and drug on the path the entire round. We were rushed to keep pace but waited on every hole. I felt like we were targeted because we were not members. I will never go back

Played there last week and it was nice but was disappointed in the quality of the overseeding. They told us it was done and looked great but honestly if it wasn't for much of the summer grass holding on it would be very inconsistent. I'll be interested how it looks after it dies out in the next month. It was "cart path only" so hopefully they are still working on it.

View is amazing. Red Mountain Ranch County club Location is awesome. For golf or just to relax the views are amazing here. I really only visit the country club to attend events. Everyone is professional and courteous. Mesa is lucky to have a place to host events. Layout is simple, smaller room for a bar and service main dinning hall with a dance floor below. Fits a couple hundred and a I like the balcony that overlooks the valley.

LOVE this golf course. Very challenging desert course with a great layout and unforgiving terrain.
The country club itself is nice. The food is good, the beer is cold, and they don't overprice everything.

This is a beautiful golf resort with a well manicured course in a beautiful backdrop add the most professional courteous and friendly staff you'll find there and it's definitely worth the trip. If you are a local of the area it's a great place to unwind on the weekend and during the week.

It is a fun course that is a little tough, but overall fun.

My main criticism is the course condition. I found the course to be dried out and messy. For example, there were big dead-spots in the grass and tree branches piled off the side of the fairway. It is a good course, but shouldn't be this poorly maintained.

Upscale and well maintained community. Close to the 202, lakes, mountains and hiking. Numerous restaurants nearby for all walks of life. Several parks and trails. Located in a non congested part of the Phoenix metropolitan area with beautiful views of four peaks, superstition and red mountains.
