Has saved me from my clothes hoarding don t have time to sell. They have taken tons of my clothing. Really low balled me but that s how they make their money....if you don t like the low ball offers for instant gratification $$ then sell the clothes online yourself and get more!Will definitely be bringing more clothes in agian though!!

this place sucks. Tried to sell some items that were very similar to what is carried inside the store, and my bag wasn t even looked at. heard rumors of transphobia from people who work at the ACLU. Wont be returning.
Second-hand clothing stores are always going to be hit and miss, but I have found a few gems here.
Most of the selection can be a little... "odd". But if you can find a decent pair of jeans, chances are it's gonna be pretty cheap.

I have been a patron here since high school, over 16 years of shopping. The employees have gotten so rude and downright mean to their customers that I am just done shopping here...so sad. I have noticed a lot of similar reviews here with zero response from Red Light management. I am ashamed to call myself a Portlander if this is how you believe your customers should be treated.
I took very nice clothes and they did not purchase one thing, it was too modern for the store. I should have figured since it was in SE I should have showered it in POT and veggies then they probably would have taken it, or if I would have walked in with a giant mustache, glasses and a hideous combover I would have better luck. I'm offended by the cartoon porn on the walls and the selection sucks. Their clothes are more tattered and worn out and ironically priced higher than Buffalo. Pass on this trash.
I've been coming here for years, but I hate their new use it or lose it credit system. It used to be that when you brought in clothes, you could get credit on a gift card, or 30% less in cash. Pretty standard. Now you have to use the credit same day. Can't find something you love? Too bad! Take your smaller cash amount and go.

Cool clothes and vibes. Beware The Security Tags! Make sure they get them all off before you leave. They use the ink ones so you can't even take them off yourself if they forget.
