We used Karol for our real estate needs twice in the last year. She went above and beyond helping our family the first experience, so of course we decided to use her the second time. We are so glad we did. Whether it was an email, text, or call, Karol was always prompt in communicating with us. There was a situation that our loan company should have handled and didn't and Karol jumped in and went to bat for us. She made calls and emailed and took care of a situation that the loan company/selling agent couldn't come up with a solution for. We are very pleased with our experience using Karol and we won't use another real estate agent again. Why change when you have found the best? Thank you Karol!

We were extremely disappointed with the performance of RedKey realtor, Karol Plawsky. While she touted her many years of experience, she was very unprofessional and made rookie mistakes. When we really needed her help during negotiations, she dropped the ball. She was not detail oriented, as she failed to read the offer closely and missed a $10,000 mistake that luckily we caught in time. She also miscommunicated the closing date offer to the other party. Her poor communication skills were again evident when she did not return phone calls during the negotiations. It was apparent that she did not have the best interests of her clients in mind, and was only interested in the quick sale and making her "stats" look good. I would not recommend RedKey Realty Leaders or this realtor for your home.

I used Karol Plawsky to purchase a home. She is, in my opinion, the best in the industry in the area. Her expertise, professionalism, attention-to-detail, and promptness in correspondence exceeded my expectations. Karol told us exactly what we needed to do along the way and always answered questions thoroughly. She did little things like helping us know what to ask a lender and what to look at on home warranties. These are just small examples, but she doesn't just do a mediocre job. She goes above and beyond. We will always use Karol for our real estate needs.

The absolute worst experience with a realtor was from redkey in 2021. She left her phone on after talking with me, failing to hang up so I had the "opportunity" to hear her complain about me and the house to her friend or coworker.

She went through and replaced the door knobs, telling me to buy new ones, only to screw up the paint on a door and didn't bother to fix. In fact, if I recall on the non hung up phone, the conversation to her friend after I had asked her to fix the door went something like this, "I'm half tempted not to fix this." Well, she definitely didn't fix it.

She failed the contact me at the open house by phone before, during, or after it occurred she only responded to my questions ( via text or email ) with regard to how things were going she was completely reactive.

She rarely bothered to pick up the phone and her texts were brief.

The list goes on, but I wanted to provide solid facts in this review (sans emotion) so that RedKey wouldn't counter this review with an excuse that in any way justifies this poor service.

Not sure about other RedKey realtors but definitely stay away from Kathryn (Kathy) Bussman. This was one of the most petty, incompetent, and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. If you are considering using RedKey, I would recommend you also interview other Realty companies but at the very least I would definitely stay away from Kathy Bussman.

Justin and Martha are absolute rockstars. I honestly don t even know where to start with how smooth and effortless the deal was. Justin never once rushed me on making a decision even after looking at more than a couple dozen homes and talking on the phone for about an hour for at least 3 days a week b:c I had a lot of questions and concerns with certain homes. Justin is also a very knowledgeable do it yourselfer so he can get a you a good estimate on something that needs to be done and point you in the right direction. As a new investor that helped me out a lot and I couldn t be more thankful with Justin and praise him anytime I come upon someone looking to buy or sell. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, skillful, and just all around great experience the Bank team is where you should head. Can t wait to do more deals with them.

We have bought and sold 3 houses with Karol Plawsky. She did an exceptional job of explaining the process. We were pleased with her role in our negotiations. She set up and executed very successful open houses. She set and attended appointments and inspections. We were thrilled with our experience and plan to use her in the future.

We purchased a house that was listed by Redkey. Their agent told us several things and said a few things in the listing that we have found to be false.
The home was listed as move in ready. The city inspection came back with a 17 point fail that had to be fixed.
Our home inspector came back with two major faults in the electrical that were not handled despite our requests and because they were not we lost our down payment assistance and had to materialize three thousand dollars. They took so long handling the city inspection points that we found out we didn t have the DPA until three days from closing.
She stated that the AC unit was new. It is 12 Year s old.
The disclosure and realtor said that the basement is dry accept when the drain on the outside backs up. It turns out that there is an active leak in three different places in the basement every time it rains.
On a different property Redkey had listed we were told the roof had been repaired because of some water damage observed in a bedroom ceiling. Six months later we went back, with enough funding to buy the house, and the entire house had water damage on the ceilings.

Our experience with Karol Plawsky couldn't have been better.
We decided on Karol Plawsky based on several rave reviews from coworkers and friends that she has worked with.
Despite the high bar set for her based on others that recommended her, she exceeded all of our expectations.

We had never sold a home before and didn't know where to even begin.
Her experience was evident to us and her patience and knowledgable advice was comforting throughout the entire process.
Her expert advice on staging the home and writing a "Dear Buyer Letter" for potential buyers were extremely helpful.
She even brought her own professional photographer to take the listing photos, which made the online listing look amazing.

Additionally, she provided contact info and referrals to trusted professionals for anything we needed.
If we needed an HVAC company, a painting professional, a survey company, or a lender for our next home, she had a list of trusted contacts for us.

With her expert advice, we were able to sell our home only 3 days after listing it.
We received 3 offers from our open house and accepted an offer for $15k over our asking price.

We would recommend Karol Plawsky in a heartbeat to any friends and family that are interested in selling their home.
She will also be representing us as our buyer's agent as we close on our new home soon.

I called here and they were so horibble. Only want to deal with certain people apparently.

It seems that they do not inspect the house that they are listing for rent. We were about to move in to a house after we have settled the contract and made necessary payments. A day after we got the keys, we found molds in the basement and reported it to the owner. We have demanded a toxicity test in the house but they decided to just cancel the lease.

Furthermore, it seems they operate under the table. It is I who suggested amendments on the contracts "monthly payment" section and an amendment to cancel the lease. The cancellation was said to be "mutual agreement" when in fact it was the owner's decision and I just have to agree with it.

Loreli Escalante is phenomenal. First time home buyer. Lorelei was very patient in helping me find the perfect home. Very responsive. Amazing negotiator. Offered excellent advice throughout the process and went above and beyond to get the deal done favorably. Couldn't be happier and will recommend her to friends and family.

Cannot Recommend Red Key or its current or past Realtors. Stay away!!!
