I did a load for red dog with clean Bills and they didn t pay, no pay ok they don t pay

I got load today after 1 hour she say me cancel this load I come 25 mi company didn't pay my truck order not used it is not serious company brokerage

When I booked the load see when she's call me to cancel it after 40 minutes she's calling me to load this cancel the customer.. it is not 5-10 minutes

We recently used Red Dog Logistics for the first time. We sent a full container of theatrical set materials from Oakland to Los Angeles. This all went precisely as planned and was very reasonably priced. After arriving in Los Angeles, we discovered that two essential parts of our load were left behind in Oakland. I contacted Nick at Red Dog and within 15 minutes he had arranged another truck to pick up the two pieces with a few hours and to have them to us in about 20 hours and for an extremely reasonable price. We cannot thank Red Dog enough for saving us from our own mistake. We will definitely be using Red Dog for future shipments.

My organization and I had a truly outstanding experience with Red Dog Logistics. Neither me nor the organization had ever purchased freight or worked with a logistics company. And because our shipment was for a single pallet, without the promise of a large, regular volume of business in the future, most logistics companies I contacted were uninterested in working with us.

Enter David and his team at Red Dog, who really saved the day for us, and did so on short notice. My first contact with Red Dog was less than a week from the pickup date we needed, and only about a week away from the time by which we needed our shipment delivered. Complicating matters, we required end-to-end refrigerated freight. Throughout the process, David was extremely polite and friendly, guiding us through the process and maintaining constant communication while the shipment was in transit. Our shipment arrived in great shape, and ahead of the promised delivery time in fact, and David worked with the contracted shipping company to obtain for us the best price.

Red Dog Logistics really took care of us, and I will wholeheartedly use (and recommend) them for all future logistics needs. Thank you!

Worst experience EVER!!!! I would be very careful before booking something with them, if you get to that part. apparently they post loads and when you call they answer with " I don`t know, no, no ,no " and hangs up. Very unprofessional!
Please pay attention to whom you`re replying, fortunately we didn`t even did the load for you. First review and you are accusing us for being aggressive & excessive. As I was saying VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
