Super nice campsite and a beautiful park. Nice playgrounds and a cool swimming pool.

Nice campsite. Lots of entertainment for the children and neat spacious places. The plumbing was also neat and clean. No points for improvement.

Spacious detached houses in a beautiful park with good facilities. The complaints about WiFi (range and prices) are justified - in the plaza you can not even reach the paid network and 3G / 4G can also be written on your belly. That really can not happen nowadays. Food in Restaurant de Buitenhof is fine but the service is really bad. Think forgotten to bring bread, drinks, knife, leave tray. They hear it more often but seem to ignore them. Pool has a lot of chlorine, so red eyes and quickly the spa. For four stars: good WiFi coverage as a basis. Five stars: professionalise staff. Go! ;)

Great park. Very hospitable and very nice. There is so much fun to do for the children. Only the WiFi may be a bit better, since the 4g range is very minimal, you expect good Wi-Fi as a guest. Nothing further to criticize at the park. Wonderful comfortable houses in a beautiful setting. We will definitely come back here.

The restaurant is the ultimate and friendliness is very small

Beautiful location, spacious cottages! Much to do for children!

Fantastic park. Spacious, lots of playgrounds, water for fishing and restaurants. There is a great outdoor swimming pool. The surprise was that it was a wave pool. A few times per hour waves come. There is also a slide. Furthermore, toilets, outdoor shower and changing rooms. The water playground borders the outdoor swimming pool. In cooler weather you can also enjoy yourself in the indoor swimming pool.
The supermarket is super handy.

Well, I forget to mention: miniature golf and bowling.

The camping site is really big, but there is a lot to do for children which is really good. Outdoor pool is quite dated. House was unfortunately not clean. Furthermore, an okay campsite.

Nice park with very nice playground for the children. Trees are still a bit small, so you miss some atmosphere in the park, but the houses are beautiful and spacious.

I can't tell much about the campsite itself, except that it looks beautiful and friendly people work ... But about the swimming pool where I swam on a hot summer's day!

First, it is in a beautiful location with enough parking space, and parking is also free! And swimming is cheap, I lost twelve euros for being allowed to swim indoors and outdoors, so it will cost around six euros separately. Now the indoor swimming pool is no longer open from 1 July 2018 for non-camping visitors, but when it is quieter it is. Frankly, the indoor pool does not add much, there are two indoor pools with two slides and a children's pool and catering facility. Outside you have a natural swimming pool with chlorine bath, children's pool and slide, there is also the opportunity to eat and go to the supermarket for some goodies. And you can relax in the nearby playground.

Conclusion: you can have a great day or part of a day here for less than 15 euros per person, and it is worth repeating!

The cottage and the park itself are beautiful. More than 3 stars. Just how they arranged registration for the indoor pool is nothing short of ridiculous. There are two times when you can register and then there is a row that Efteling (outside corona time) would be jealous of. A total of 1.5 meters away ... and then also at the reception, so you can also connect fine for other questions. This really has to be done differently.

It is a good thing that the weather is good and the outdoor pool has enough space.

Very neat and luxuriously furnished homes (Buitenhof de Leistert). Also facilities more than adequate, looks somewhat old-fashioned on the outside, but hardly noticeable inside.

We have planned a weekend before Pentecost. Unfortunately, due to all circumstances, we do not yet know what is smart. In addition, it costs a lot of money to be there. They now say that we still have to pay a minimum of 50% if we want to cancel. My in-laws did not seem to be that smart about it. Since mother-in-law is rehabilitating from a chemo and my father-in-law has an imum disease .. Now we can come, they say. We have to pay tons of money for just a pitch because facilities are probably closed .. Too bad they don't want to consult to look for an appropriate compromise. Had expected a bit more from this campsite.

A great campsite for families, two indoor playground and many beautiful playgrounds. The swimming pool is great for children could only be a bit bigger. We had a private sanitary building which is especially recommended in winter or autumn. The plots were a good size and especially the supermarket on the square is the best we have ever seen. Absolute recommendation !!!!

Everything you need with children is available, but it was very loud, very crowded and very confusing. We were particularly bothered by the fact that some of the people arriving at reception stood for an hour in the blazing 31-degree sun. In addition, we couldn't go to the lake, playground or swimming pool with the stroller from the campsite. We had to walk around the outside of the square to get to the named places. At 6 in the morning everything was awake ... The sanitary facilities were not very pleasant. During the day we didn't see anyone cleaning up in between. It looked accordingly in the evening. We drove into town to get bread rolls because there was a huge crowd at the supermarket in the morning. Lack of staff in every corner. This should be a no-go, especially during corona times. It was fine but we won't go either ..

Super camping feels like coming home for the 5th year in a row

Great place for kids and family.
Unfortunately, I have to say that it is very critical when children ride their bicycles across the playground at a very high speed. We have had an accident when a child with a bike overlooked our child and drove into our child, having seen the problem as often in 5 days. Here, the park needs some treatment needs. 5 km by car is completely understandable, but it should also be understandable for the park, that you can also expect that also cyclists to other children who are not mobile, to go across the square without being hit by the bike. We were lucky in the situation that nothing else but grazes and bruises were created.
Furthermore, I would like to point out that the park is provided with oak trees. Unfortunately, there is no further information about the oak processionary moths on the playground.
The water pressure in the sanitary facilities left something to be desired, also the water in the shower is almost hot and the temperature can not be adjusted.

Otherwise we had 5 nice days anyway.

A very nice and well maintained campsite, just 80 kilometers from Dusseldorf. Indoor and wave outdoor pool, bathing lake with a large playground. Offers for all. In a quarter of an hour by car in Roermond. A paradise for children, unfortunately groups are not so much seen. Therefore only 3 stars, otherwise it would be at least 4 stars.

Everything focused on: "how do I beat, as much and as quickly as possible money from the pockets of the guests". Bah

Top camping except for the toilet houses, which are fine but far away

The park is great, very large indeed and so should there be more sanitary. For small males and perhaps for the elderly, the distance is really too big. Especially if you have a pool problem. Music in the toilet is also not a superfluous luxury. Now you can listen while washing the toilet sounds of others.

Nice park. But way too big !! All facilities are there. Oh yes the beach is full of sand fleas beware !!

Neat houses and beautiful park. WiFi unfortunately poor and expensive. 10 euros pp for 4 days and then also a bad connection. 4G coverage is poor so many people opt for WiFi, a dairy cow for the park.

A well-kept park with neat accommodations. Although the kitchen lacked some things such as a (bar) mixer and a citrus press, the device was excellent.

Beautiful park, partly with houses in the farmhouse style and partly with smaller modern houses. There is also a camping area. The obligatory swimming pool is available as well as playgrounds, a supermarket and a bicycle rental. The park is a bit out of the way, but you have here its peace.

Had a nice holiday with children and grandchildren, nice and clean house, and very nice park, were there for the second time and will definitely be back,

Beautiful park. Nicely set up. Few charging stations, but that is really the only thing. And easy to fix!

Much more than a campsite, but a true holiday center .... Adapted to all, from the camper to the glampeur and even the vacationers .... and the region is a real paradise for cyclists ....

Very nice big place. The place is also suitable for children.

When we entered the house we were amazed how badly the house had been cleaned. There were crumbs in the cupboards, many cobwebs all over the house, dust under the beds, dead insects and even broken glass under the couch. We had rented a child-friendly home and found it unacceptable to see it all. We immediately reported this to the reception, where we were told that the cleaning crew would be sent. After a long wait (+ -1.5 hours), the cleaners were still not on site. Because the children had to sleep and we had to prepare for the evening, we cleaned the house ourselves, which took an hour of time. Only later did the cleaning ladies come by, to which we reported that it was already done by us. They also thought they were late and told us to report it to the reception. At check-out we reported this to the reception again and indicated that we wanted to return the cleaning costs that we paid (a 150 euros). However, this was not possible and we only got a small amount (40 euros) back, which was really not enough for the effort we had to do. We preferred that the house was tip top clean in this crazy period and that we got nothing back.

Been here for a few years on a Sunday! Entrance tickets for outside bought and we found an outdoor pool for the little ones, a larger bath, with wave, for the larger children and adults! Both chlorine baths. During our stay in the high season there was water arobic for everyone to join, very nice! Then the natural water part with sand, playground, pound, and some water play equipment. beautiful sunbathing areas with enough shade! Very nice. In short, a gem in northern Limburg!

We spent a short week in one of the new bungalows / houses. Really tastefully decorated and all modern and new. In bad weather you have some indoor playgrounds, which are very good. In good weather you can find out playgrounds on mass ... The swimming pool is great for visiting with small children. we did not get out of the water Our Two (2 and 5). We were there in late March, there was not so much going on, which we found great ... Unfortunately, a huge adventure playground was not ready yet, but in a few days it will probably be finished ... Look forward to the next visit to it .... Ah yes, the family houses have a playground to the garden, so that the kids do not come away ... Really great ...

It is a beautiful spacious park with very neat holiday homes. There is plenty to do for the kids. A great swimming pool and arcade.
Friendly staff

Nice campsite to spend a week with children up to about 14 years old. Little bit of noise if you are too close to the events complex. It is a large site so plenty of choice for quieter places if you are aware of this.

This is a very nice park, I have been there several times, it is on the forest so you can make beautiful walks

Wonderful place for families with small kids! We stay at private sanitary camping place, and feel super happy & convenient. Park is filled up with so many entertainment & good restaurants. Only 15km from Roermond shopping paradise, and there are lots of places to visit with kids in the area. Highly recommend!

A very nice family-friendly campsite! The sanitary facilities are very clean and toilets and showers are available in sufficient numbers.
There is plenty for children. Playgrounds, mini golf, children's entertainment and much more. The swimming pool is super nice and the lake is so isolated that no child can go there alone. So very sure. You can buy everything you need in the supermarket. There are also many options for bad weather, e.g. B. The indoor playground and the indoor swimming pool.
There are several restaurants wherever there is the possibility to keep the children busy so that you can finish your meal in peace.
We would like to come again.
