I absolutely love the staff at Recovery Ways. From the moment I arrived, I felt like part of a family. They helped me so much as well as those closest to me. I recommend Recovery Ways for anyone out there struggling with substance use or mental health issues. They will always have a huge place in my heart.

I am actually discharging tomorrow after 30 days at Copper and Chatham. This place is nothing short of a miracle and the people here make it happen. Lance, Jill, Miles, Bells, and as Residential Coordinators are welcoming and keep people safe, Bonnie the OT person saved my day more than once and is a superhero, The whole Rec Therapy team from Nicole to Karen, Marissa and Annie, gave us projects and outings that made us think that we can continue to have fun in sobriety and J, the most wonderful therapist whom I wish I could pack into my suitcase and take home. I am leaving here sober, hopeful, and truly in recovery. Thank you Recovery Ways!

Very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism...

Very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism by three staff members. Chris, Asia, and Mandy. The manner of approach and disrespect they displayed toward a loved one of mine, was not only hurtful to our family, but also created a more difficult situation for trying to get our family member further help. Being mindful of each client s situation and background story is key in their recovery and staff training and behavior should be sensitive to that clinical practice. These three individuals failed to show this compassion toward my family member while she was under their care. To provoke negative reactions and to refer to a person s cultural upbringing as unimportant, is not helpful. I hope Recovery Ways can take this feedback and implement a more effective training of their staff on showing proper respect to all cultures and take into account the importance of heritage in different parts of the world. Thankfully we found her a more positive recovery environment in Women s Recovery Strong Hope Unit.

After care custome service is poor and pathetic. We have billing issues because of their mistake. ANd not a small bill. They refuse to follow up or get back to us on the issue. They screen calls, and no longer answer our calls when we call. UNACCEPTABLE

The recreational therapy is outstanding! So many fantastic activities to do and things to learn about myself while doing them. This is the best treatment center I've ever been to!!
