Chs in Stratford is terribly run. Kim the current director is never available. when she is available she shows little to no compassion for clients concerns. Kim will not return calls and is impossible to reach over the phone. No supervisors ever returns calls too. It takes unnecessary weeks to get bottles signed off on or your dose changed. This clinic is a mess and staff are too scared to advocate on behalf of clients. STAY AWAY. CHS doesn t care.
