We have a maintenance contract for 8 doors all brand Record, we wait up to 6 months for a repair. They are often restarted by phone nothing is done. We had excuses by the quality department but still no doors repaired.
Record, once the equipment is paid for and the doors installed for them the customer no longer exists. UNACCEPTABLE.

No contact possible with the company, estimate received at the forceps and foreseeable delay of one or two (why not 4 or 6) weeks before hypothetical repair.
