while our dishes came out clean, marketing a product the first instruction for which is "Peel Back Foil" to AARP-eligibles may be counterproductive if a reasonably fit user can't get enough grip on that foil to actually peel it back

Worst customer service ever. No response to email...

Worst customer service ever. No response to emails, called customer service and held for half an hour. The representative then put me on hold. After I did not hang up they did never asking or stating they were putting me on hold. I called months ago and complained the auto spray Airwick devices were not working correctly. The sent a coupon to take a few dollars off a replacement. They don't work properly either. There are numerous links of customers complaining about the same issue. The representative never called me back. No one has responded to my email. The corporate office in NJ has no human operators to connect you to the executive office or a human other than another 1/2 hold for their useless customer service people. This is a company that obviously doesn't care a bit about their customers. Obviously the product is produced overseas. The older version of this product was good. They must have held up too long so they cheapened the design. It is obvious since they removed the automatic sensor when the can is empty. The battery light is removed, and even when the nozzle is aligned with the opening, it doesn't spray correctly. Absolutely garbage and no one to help. I am at least $60.00 into this and have used the older style for years. RB should be ashamed!!
