Jessica was extremely rude. Would not let me complete a full sentence without interrupting me and telling me she couldn t help me. Very frustrating. I finally got through to her that I wanted to speak with someone else. The other representative (wish I remembered her name) was kind and let me ask my questions without interrupting. For your sake, if you call and get Jessica, hang up and try again!!

They could not tell me anything about their company.

This is a debt collector set upon people by Palmetto Richland Hospital. Richland sends your bills to these peopel the moment you stop paying what they want you to regardless of whether or not you can afford that. They then begin to call you and demand your information before they self identify and if you hang up, they just set upon your credit. This is shameful.

They called me saying is this (middle name )and (last name ) I said who is this they said they name rudely.. I said well why you don t know my first name .. he said whatever ma am is it .... like wtw I though it was a scam

Very rude! Once a person refuse to give their name, all they can get from me is a dial tone!

Terrible, Terrible place. Account sent from PH Baptist that was included in bankruptcy case. Baptist failed to file a claim so they lose. PH still turned it over them & harasses me constantly. Gave them all attorney info to verify and they started again. I m having my attorney deal with these incompetent idiots.

5 stars. They are not a scam. If you owe debt then pay it. I did a credit check and saw it was for a hospital bill when I was struggling as a single mom of twins. 1 year later I got on my feet after finishing University and paid it off. Shout out to Keisha. Took 5 minutes to process everything. Thanks.

Just got a call from a lady name Keesha (idk the spelling). Just kept saying the company was RMC. I asked what that stood for. Nothing. I asked what they needed. Nothing. Asked why they were calling. Nothing. I am sorry, but I will NEVER give my birthday over the phone or anything else for that matter if you cannot fully answer my reasonable questions. PS. If you are calling on behalf of Roper St. Francis...I will not pay a dime of the bill they say I have after presenting my insurance for the past 3 years.

Just spoke to someone named Jessica, when she answered the phone voice was so cold. even thru they are a debt collector agency it seems like they may be a little more pleasant. she said her supervisor was Susan, well i'm going to call Susan because they person answering the phone sounds like DRY ICE.

After 6 minutes, I'm told "we have other calls waiting, let me have a call-back number where you can be reached", which is completely unprofessional. They obviously don't listen to a word that is said because they can't correctly repeat back what you said. A worst of all they constantly interrupt you in the middle of speaking. If you want to get anything accomplished, you have to stoop to their level.

They refuse to say who they are calling to collect so called debts from! Guess what, if they are calling you tell them to stop because once they got that debt it was canceled by original creditor! Damage already done. Do Not Give them a dime!!

Kept saying they were calling from RMC, but would not explain WHO they actually were. Hung up on me before giving me enough information to help them.
