Fixed a laptop that I thought was beyond repair courier service picked up and delivered to my front door which was a lifesaver during lockdown

Working within the same area as Reboot That. I had a courier pick up my broken laptop; and a recovered hard drive returned in the afternoon. That's a first class service. I would highly recommend this business. Not only was it a super fast turn around but an honest service as well as Reboot That gave me different priced options throughout all our email correspondence.

My laptop (ASUS) had had several problems since I purchased it. I sent it in to ASUS several times for repairs, and it only ever progressively got worse. Eventually, I decided that ASUS was incredibly unhelpful and that they would never repair my laptop properly. I brought it in to Kevin, and it was fixed in a week, better than when I purchased it. I haven't had any problems with it at all, and the whole process was quick and easy.

Not that good experience. Although they tried to make it a fast service, however there is nothing wrong with my PC, in the end they are able to fix it up.

This was an altogether positive experience, from before pick-up to drop-off. After discussing options I sent off a non functioning PC that I thought I was going to have to replace and got it back in fully working order and faster than ever it was previously. I will use then again for another job shortly and highly recommend them.

I couldn't actually turn it on and that's the reason I needed it fixed. The staff were nice enough in handling the request though it took a few days more than I had been originally told.

My major gripe is that this laptop, which I have had for years and bought all genuine software for - was returned with a non genuine version of Windows! I was so shocked to find after my delight in being able to turn it on, a pop up says "this version of Windows is not genuine. Activate your copy now".

Though before - everything was genuine.

So I'm not sure what they did to it but very suspicious. And when I asked why - they sent me their price list and requested I pay for another service to have them look into something they did! Bizarre.

i had a great experiance with reboot that the service was fast, effective and professional. only one thing. being a luddite i would have liked a little more explanation of what was wrong with my computer. apart from that it was great!

Good, fast, friendly service. Picked up from and returned my laptop to my front door. I don't know enough to speak to its relative value but there were no surprise or unreasonable charges and they returned the laptop both cleaner and faster than it had been given to them at no extra cost.

Very quick service and easy to deal with by email. Picked up and returned my laptop for me and all for the same price as other quotes i had which didn't deliver.

This was the first time I've used rebootthat and I'm very happy with how everything went. They did exactly what we wanted and made it very easy for us. The best part of the service was how quickly rebootthat responded to our emails. There was a few problems with the courier service and we had a few queries regarding what was involved as this was our first time using a company like this, but we found it very easy to talk to someone and were always kept up-to-date.

I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs their computer rebooted.

Emailed Kevin at Reboot on Friday. Courier arrived an hour later at my office to collect my laptop. Saturday morning my laptop was dropped back to my flat completely repaired and working great.

Soonest available collection was a week in the future. Not a problem, good sign that they're busy. I confirmed this date, but they didn't want to know yet about the work I wanted doing. Weird but OK. Didn't hear from them then until just before collection was due, they sent an email asking me to confirm I still need it. I confirm I still need the repair and ask them to call me to discuss what I actually need doing. No call, no email response and nobody shows up on the day of collection. I've emailed them since but got no response. Avoid.

Excellent service. I sent my computer which was no longer working due to a Windows 10 issue. Kevin and his Team managed to fix it and they also made some improvments to my laptop.

Incredible that the only way to contact this company is online or online chat (which has no response). Surely if your device isn't working you need to be able to call them. Totally not user- friendly!

Very inefficient customer service. I had to arrange the collection of my HD twice and without me being notified, the courier never showed up . Very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend.

very convenient, hassle free service. my laptop crashed on the weekend, i send a inquiry on Sunday and received feedback late night the same day, my laptop was picked up on Monday and back on Wednesday. Great service too: very patient with answering my numerous questions. highly recommend

Very very happy with service. Computer fixed after months of issues, and very reasonably priced including pick up/drop off.

Dealing with Reboot That was just so easy! I handed my laptop in on the Friday, was advised on the Tuesday that it would be fixed, went in on Tuesday lunch to pick it up. Perfect service and pleasure to deal with. Honest, reputable and will deal with again.

Spent a week waiting for some progress, and all they said was to give me an update about repairing asap. No message no info given till the last day, and btw which I am the one who asked them about the progress. They replied: Unfortunately we haven't been able to repair the operating system and we will need to reinstall Windows 10.
We can do this and copy your personal data back to the laptop (any applications will need to be reinstalled).

Reboot That were effective, efficient, courteous, honest and communicated very well with me throughout the repairs to my laptop. This is not the first time I have used Reboot That for servicing my laptop and I would not hesitate to engage their service again if required. They are affordable, honest, skilled and good and what they do! I would highly reccommend!

My computer died and Reboot That sorted it out with no hassle. Picked it up from my office and delivered it back fully functioning. Very pleased and highly recommended.

Called 2 times on 2 different days. Both times I've been told they were going to call me back (I told them I had a problem with my laptop that needed fixing asap). Never heard from them. Thanks guys!

Fixed the issue quickly where another repair centre failed. The price quoted was fair for the parts that were replaced. Very professional service would recommend to anyone who needs their laptop fixing.

I had an issue with my webcam and asked RebootThat team to solve the issue. We exchanged by emails and the team was fast and transparent in their answers. I only experienced a minor day of delay but got back with the problem fixed with a very efficient collection and delivery system.

The price seemed very reasonable and completely consistent to what I was told at first.

I will certainly use RebootThat if any future problems were to occur on my laptop and would recommend to my friends too.

My experience with 'Reboot That' has been an utter nightmare!



When I refused the service and asked for my laptop back it arrived unscrewed and without my hard drive! I had to contact them again to ask for the hard drive which thankfully arrived shortly after.

This has been a heartbreaking and stressful experience and I would not recommend the service to anyone.

And good luck trying to contact them directly in case of emergency - their phones have an automatic answering machine and you can never reach them.

Awful service! Gave my laptop for windows reboot. It came back with rubber lining underneath completely ripped off and hanging down from it. Managed to get a refund after numerous calls and complains.
The phone didn't go to anybody except receptionist who was beyond helpless and saying she can't give the phone to managers cause she will get in trouble.
What a rubbish repair shop this is!

Unfortunately not a good experience. They were not able to fix my laptop but that is fine enough since not all repair services out there have the same level of expertise. Main concern was their communication whereby I kept calling them daily over the course of 8-10 days and the response was a formula response where every time they made me hold on phone while trying to get in touch with an engineer and always came back saying, "they are busy, please leave your number and they would call back" - I did not even get back a single call. Any further request would get you another formula response from the phone receptionist, "I am just a receptionist, cannot help you anymore". Clearly, not being truthful and clear enough. They do not have an office front either which makes things worse, I was glad I was able to at least get my laptop back.

Finally, got my laptop fixed by another laptop repair service who were much more available and honest.
