Do not buy Venoflex compression stockings. I went all the way to get the compression stockings for my pregnant wife. First time use, wife noticed the stockings were torn at the seams. While they allowed for exchange, within a week of use, the product gave way. The plastic grip started flipping over and there are tearing signs. Very dissapointed in the product given an expensive price tag.

Don t ever go there! The staff are horrible and their service unbelievably rude, especially the office staff don t ever deal with them!

I recently went down to their showroom, and the place was easy to locate and good service from the staffs.

Poor sales attitude at their Ubi showroom. Even worst after sales support.

I purchased a German Movita hospital bed and it broke down within one month. The service staff came and identified a broken wiring which we suspect was due to improper installation. Nevertheless the company management insisted that it is not under warranty and demanded for payment.

Efforts to resolve the issue with management was not successful. The repair staff on the other hand were at odd's end and kept return to ask for payment like a loanshark!

Do not expect any decent customer service form this company. Family had plenty to deal with patient's needs, no more energy to deal with such nasty services.

I was recommended by KTPH Specialist to rent a oxygen concentrator from Rainbow care for my mother . Their Staff are unfriendly, impolite when they delivered the rental set. When i bought a new set from them their staff provide slightly better service/ attitude. Then when asked can i return their $1300 NIDEK NUVO LITE MARK 5 for half price and buy the $5900 bi-pap machine for her. There's a guy called Sunny...he talk like a used car dealer's with lots of after sale stories etc..... He told me the few months old machine without a scratch worth 20% of the sale price = Only $260 and he said that they can don't buy back their own product because there is no agreement/ obligation for the company to do so in a very cocky/ arrogant manner. Dear consumers I've rent and bought oxygen concentrator and medical product from other supplier recommended by SGH & NUH for my in-law. They provide very good service Much Better Quality equipment. But cost slightly more. The NIDEK NUVO LITE MARK 5 will BEEP non-stop after 7-8 hours of use. You'll have to switch it off for an hour to stop the BEEP or to use it again..... I already have this problem when i rent it from them, they replaced it the next day and same problem happened again and i'm silly to believe their stories and think maybe because it's a used rental set due to high usage. BUT the new set i bought also have the same problem after 2 day. I've make a very big mistake trying to save $600 buying this Garxxxxx from Rainbow care!!! The other oxygen concentrator i bought for my in-law from SGH supplier had NO problem at all. *********** ( This is a Experience i encounter and a Reminder to All consumers ) ***** DO YOU BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS BELOW ??? hahahahaha..........Rent 1 month from them and rent the other one from SGH/NUH supplier's and you'll know the different. NEVER believe their stories!!!

I bought a portable oxygen concentrator from Rainbow Care about two weeks ago. When delivered to my house, the box looks old and opened before. I didn't think much about it and thought that the engineers might have opened it to check but upon usage, there were problems with the trolley and battery life.

When i brought the machine for repair at the warehouse last week, I was approached by an unhelpful staff. For a service staff in the healthcare equipment industry, she had no empathy towards patients who needs to use such equipments for support.

Upon clarification, I found out she was the boss's daughter.

The engineer was really helpful and knowledgeable but overall it was an unpleasant experience. Definitely not recommended unless there's really no where else to go.

And I just realised there are several negative reviews for this company. Deal with them at your own risk!

Staffs were very helpful , parience and quick to recommend the right walker, wheelchair to my mom. The female staff were very kind to assist my mom to measure her height and frame before adjustment. Environment were spacious and many displays to see the actual item . Parking were easily accessible and away from direct sun. So the whole experiences for us were very pleasant. Will recommend and go again should I require any item for seniors.

Staff were extremely helpful when I arranged to rent a Patient Lifter for my recent stay in Singapore. Excellent communication and service - delivered and collected from accommodation location exactly as agreed and for a very reasonable price. The item supplied was exactly as stated on the website and Derrick and staff made the hire and payment process easy. Bought the Nidek Nuvo oxygen concentrator for my grandmother last week from their showroom. Staff assisted us to bring the machine back to our care when it was raining heavily. Awesome customer service. Have been using the machine for the past few days, as my grandma is on oxygen for 24/7. Machine is quiet and reliable. So far so good!! I would highly recommend Rainbow Care.

Came to the showroom to view the Oxygen Concentrator for my pet. Was assisted by Priscilla. She was kind and patient. Rented the machine, the procedure was quick and hassle-free. Very happy with the service.

Wide range of products. Showroom is difficult to find if you are taking public transport. Better to take taxi there. I bought my wheelchair from them.

$35 for the staff to "look look"! Tried to bring back to "maintenance", but when prompted to OPEN THE VEHICLE it was fixed by... RECONNECTING THE BATTERY.

Fantastic service by rainbow care. I needed urgent medical equipment, crutches, and it was delivered by rainbow care in less than 3 hours. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Went out of their way to assist and ensure great customer service. Highly Recommended.

Very bad after-sale service. Twist and turn the words. Even ask the customer to buy two expensive machines, 2nd one acts as standby.

Even hosiptal also does not keep so many machines, they want the patient to buy two machines.

If newly bought machine is not working properly. They should look into it instead of asking the customer to buy another one as standby.

Compression stockings, size and tension, not something I felt comfortable to buy online, so off to the warehouse I went. I can safely say, from the initial contact if I could view the goods to the physical purchase from the warehouse to a reorder, they ticked all my boxes.

The first contact was prompt with clear information of the location and operating hours of the warehouse.
The second contact - from measuring to confirming and checking sizing of available stock this was painless. then having a discussion with a physiotherapist onsite that was educational and help dispel some misconceptions and possible actions I could take to help myself. At no point, did anyone try to oversell or push product.

Now when home, it was a good fit, so I wrote in for a reorder, I was quoted and they discovered they were short, the apology was quick with a confirmation for reorder and new invoice. Within 36 hours the product was in my hands. Thank you.

I was preparing to discharge my heavily ill mother from the hospital and knew that I would need quite a few equipments to get her ready at home. I was then recommended by the hospital to rainbow care. They have a very wide range of home care equipments, literally a one stop service for me. I bought a wheel chair, a commode, a bed, an air mattress, an oxygen concentrator and a suction pump. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Thank you rainbow care for the pleasant experience.

Yesterday I needed a hospital bed urgently and called Rainbow Care. The staff, named Hui Min, gave me a quick reply and was able to deliver in the morning of next day ( I hardly could have item ordered and delivered the next day, not mentioned of such a big item). Also, assisted me to get the order placed directly.
Next day, their polite delivery team appeared per committed timing and had bed installed in the professional way.
Rainbow Care is one of the reliable suppliers you can trust.
Actually I had an high expectation, but they perform beyond that.

a little bit difficult to find the place, better if you are driving, got carpark. there are lifts provided, they are located on the 2nd floor. overall good experience and affordable wheelchairs.

Rented a CPAP device from them, decided to purchase after trying for a month. Turns out, rental fee was waived off! Special thanks to Mr. Raihan, he is very professional and helpful. I bought a new oxygen concentrator from Rainbow Care for my mother and I am happy with the performance of the unit. The staff had taught me how to use and maintain the oxygen concentrator when it was first delivered, and I had recently called them back to ask questions about the maintenance of the machine. They were patient to my queries and recommended that I service the unit once a year. I would not hesitate to recommend their products and services.

My friend just bought a premium nursing bed from Rainbow Care on Dec 14 and It was delivered on Dec 16. Given that we had no experience in buying hospital bed, my friend found the mattress to be very hard that she couldn t even sleep at all on the bed. Hence, we called on Dec 17 and requested for an upgrade to a softer and more comfortable mattress that cost $650. We asked whether we can return the standard mattress (that was not used at all) that came with the bed and offset the $140 refund against the cost of the new bed. Rainbow care refused to do so and instead asked for a restocking fee also. We are most disappointed with the service attitude and also the lack of empathy from the staff at Rainbow Care.

I have recently bought a wheelchair for my uncle from the shop. The staff was very helpful and patient in answering all my questions and showing me how the wheelchairs were different from one another given the large variety they have. Given the current situation, even though the shop is short handed they still try their best to ensure I bought something that most fit my needs and requirement. In this trying times, let s all support our local business and help each other out! Kudos to the team working on site!

Recommended by the hospital to visit Rainbow Care to purchase a CPAP device for my obstructive sleep apnea issues. Was attended by Shi Jie. He was very friendly and had very good product knowledge about the CPAP devices. He was patient and brief about the introduction of the device as i am new to this. Very happy with my experience and my CPAP device. I can get my good night sleep now! Thank you Rainbow Care!

Went to showroom a few times to check out bed, wheelchair etc. Then bought a few items. Alex, the sales person, was very helpful. Bought a wrong safety belt for a wheelchair that does not come with a safety belt. Only realised this when reached home to try. Shop was very customer focused to allow me to swop it for the correct safety belt that Alex brought along with delivery scheduled. Had very good experience with shop and will return in future to buy more.

good that they open everyday. i bought a wheelchair from them a few years back and the wheel tyre was peeling and i brought it down wanting to change. Instead of asking me to change they advice that its more cost effective to purchase a new unit. I thought it was a marketing stunt to ask me to spend more but they were transparent with their costing and did not do any forceful sales on me. Very sincere!

Looking to buy a commode and my colleague recommended me this shop which she bought a hospital bed from last month. Head to their physical shop last Saturday with my friend to check it out as there is a lot of variety on their website. The sales staff very patient in explaining the pros and cons between a mobile and stationary commode. The staff even checked with me the following 1. Weight of the user 2. Height of the curb to the washroom 3. Whether I intend to use it as a shower bench too before recommending me the most suitable one. To be honest it didn t occur to me that I have to consider all these factors before purchasing a commode. The Sales staff was very helpful and not pushy at all. In fact they even recommended me to take some measurements back at home before making the purchase online. I took up their suggestion and went back home to make the purchase. The website was easy and straight forward to use. Overall, it was a great experience. Got my commode delivered the next day and even the Sales staff who delivered the commode did a great job in showing my helper the proper usage of the commode. I will definitely return to purchase other items from them in future and refer my friends. Thumbs up!

Contacted shop to confirm stock availability before making an order and payment. Have also informed her when I will be coming down to collect it. Called again before coming down. Told me to take display unit with degraded rubber legs because there are no stocks when I went down or wait till CNY. Apathetic "do not care" and push blame around (among themselves).

I recently purchased a wheelchair and walking aid from rainbow care and was impressed with the selection that they have. The staff that attended to me was patience in handling all my questions and even went the extra mile by helping me to bring my items downstairs to take a cab. Good service.

I recently bought a hospital bed from Rainbow Care. I had many questions and further made a mistake with payment. The associate were very responsive, patient, accommodating and as importantly, kind. Delivery was extremely prompt, care was taken in the set up, and the driver patiently explained everything. Thank you so much.

Becareful when purchase any product from them especially the warranty period. Very inconsistent with their words. Will not buy or recommend this shop.

I had a unpleasant experience with this company and I will not recommend it to any one. In fact, I am doubtful of the claim that they have made on "combine staff experience of over 50 years" in their website.

I was given a specification by my occupational therapist to purchase an aiding equipment for my mother and I shown it to their staff and told them specifically these are the specifications I required. Based on the recommendation, I bought the equipment and scheduled for the delivery.

However, I was shocked to learn from my occupational therapist on the day of the scheduled delivery that the one that I have purchased was incorrect. I immediately call their office and told them the whole matter and asked to change it before it was delivered. The person answered the phone was slowed to respond and I have to keep chasing him for an update (as my mum is discharging the next day). Eventually, the product was changed in time, but NO APOLOGY was made by them for the mistakes they have made on the recommendation to me at the time of my purchase.

I am not impressed by their services as they should have made a professional advice based on my requirements and even if they have made a mistake, they should have apologised and rectified the problem without me keep chasing after them.

I hope they can improve on this and provide a better service to their customers in the future
