Worked with Kathy Meyer to sell our home . She was fantastic.
She helped with wonderful staging ideas, even providing some staging pieces to help with marketing to the most general market The photos and highlights brochure she prepared were extremely appealing and professional. She even provided booties and a sign for home viewers to please cover their shoes when walking through our home. The pricing process was well informed and we believe she guided us to the best price we could have achieved. She followed up on every showing and give us feedback. During negotiations for sale, she gave great advice. And once we accepted a contract for sale, she worked with lawyers, other realtor, appraiser, and contractors making sure all the details were attended to.
