So far so good - been running GV for a couple of months and all good. Implementation was slick and professional and refreshingly free of "IT issues". It is being used daily by the whole sales team to manage the pipeline and support quotations. We also had some bespoke work done which aides integration with other business systems. All-in-all definitely one to consider if you are looking into CRM systems.

We selected Gold-Vision as our CRM at my previous company on the recommendation of a colleague and when I moved jobs to join my current organisation it was obvious that Gold-Vision had a lot to offer here too.
Implementation was painless, particularly in the context of a management team that have very little experience of any CRM.
Post installation support has been great, and I'd certainly recommend Gold-Vision - even though we are probably not using it to it's full potential yet.
over promise, and under deliver. in theory a great system, and does have some good functionality, but glitch-ridden with a UI that came out of the ark!
Gold-Vision has been a perfect match for our small company, allowing us to adapt the database functionality to our needs instead of the other way around. We are particularly happy with the fully integrated e-mail marketing tool and automated reports. The Esteiro team are very quick to assist and clearly care about the quality of the software as they are always on the lookout for opportunities to improve and optimise.
