I had a great summer internship here! Awesome people and a friendly, collaborative environment. For engineers, it's a great opportunity to do work that means something. Little busy work + tons of skills development.

Innovative products in a multitude of fields. They work hard to accommodate for their customers and provide excellent customer service.

Alot of reviews on here are done by people who have no other experiance with RealityWorks beside just the application process. I was a Mechanical Engineering Intern there over the summer of 2020 and they treat their employees with astonishing respect, they make sure you have what you need to be successful as an employee. I would 10/10 recommend working for Realityworks

This company has a level of incompetence that matches your local McDonald s. The staff who hire and train have very little themselves. Their initial interview is a panel interview with members who know nothing of the department you are applying for. You will be asked to perform a low level test that is implemented on the spot with little insight to what is actually required. Plain and simple, they just don t have it all together.

I did my homework and believed this would be an interesting place to work for. I arrived mid-week about 1:30pm just to inquire about employment possibilities. I waited almost 10 minutes in their empty (unprofessional looking) lobby before anyone ever addressed my presence. I was told somebody would be right out to meet me. Another 10 minutes or so and two other office employees passing through also asked what I needed and they each said they'd get somebody. I finally spoke with someone who told me they didn't have an application to fill out because they didn't have any openings. I offered up my resume and was told the appropriate people will receive it and if I qualify for anything I'd be contacted. That was months ago. I just want to thank this place for wasting my time and effort to inquire about their organization and for not giving me the decency of any type of response back. How hard is it to send at least an email? Thanks For Nothing...
