Worst ever Builder in chennai. All its projects have been halted long time and no progress. Cheated so many customers by getting 100% money and not finish the project. Neelkamal, Padmalaya, Czars are on top halted list..!! Don't ever trust this builder. I would give 0 star rating instead of 1 star but it is not accepting.

We have supplied stationery materials on credit basis and as on date we have not received payment so requesting do not supply any material.
Hopeless builder, pathetic customer response. They won't refund even after 3 years also on cancellation. Make you to run from pillar to post and file cases. Not transparent. Also, they come up with some frivolous responses as if we agreed verbally to forfeit the advance on cancellation. Cheaters!!! Please avoid this builder.
