Everyone recommended this place to me so I gave it a try. I don't even know where to start but nothing worked out. I hate leaving bad reviews but this place needs better organization, maybe they are too busy.

Very nice people, great suggestions and input. We had them refurbish one sign and make us a new one. VERY satisfied with all. Absolutely amazing and wonderful company to work with! Will highly recommend them !

I want to try to give a holistic review and not come off bias from the portions of my experiences that were negative. This place has a lot going for them: Quick proofs, quick turn around, creative designs, AMAZING price. Both times I have worked with them (for wedding items), they have taken all of my wishes and melded them together to make the piece I envisioned. Unfortunately, both times I ve worked with them, I have also been disappointed at the end. I m not upset with them for my photos printing out grainy (I should have known they wouldn t look the same when they printed and should have gotten a physical proof before ordering so many of something) and I wasn t upset with them for having to reprint due to a typo (sure, I approved it, too, I m a reasonable person). HOWEVER, in both cases, they did not feel the need to offer any sort of resolution-not even just an I m sorry this didn t come out just right for you but a welp and a shrug instead. I do understand, you get what you pay for. As far as price for product, I still feel like I m getting a great deal for what I receive... I just wish they cared a little more about how you felt when you walk out since I directly told them I was disappointed :/ I ll be honest, I d still go back because you can t beat the price, I just have to prepare myself mentally to be frustrated before I do.
