I spent years paying desk fees and huge splits for far less than I get with Real Estate Source. I get to keep more of my commission (way ,way ,more) and frankly Tony and his staff are way more knowledge and helpful than my previous broker. Real Estate Source gives me all the tools I need to make money. It's really a no brainier.I should switched years ago but I wanted a big name on my business card. What I've learned is that makes no difference at all! Clients choose a person not a logo. I'm now getting paid correctly for all MY work!
Would you rather be ripped off by Remax, Coldwell Banker, Realty One, Lyon, Berkshire, and every other big brand name and let them steal 20-40% of your commission checks for them doing absolutely nothing then by all means stay ignorant and do that or keep way more of your split on every single transaction right from the beginning.
I am very impressed by Tony Dini s vision. Tony is knowledgeable and professional. I have been a real estate salesperson since 2006, and Tony is the best real estate broker I have worked with. He is available, and he is supportive during the transaction process. He offers prompt support and answers. The RE toolbox on his website is easy to use as well. As a real estate salesperson, I was new to the flat fee per transaction commission, and I believe this is a great opportunity for any real estate salesperson. I am thankful to be a part of his team!
