Two words... FREE COFFEE. That's right, all the coffee you can drink! Shoot, I should have added two more words... AND WATER. That's right, unlimited coffee AND water. And do you know what goes good with that? A public restroom. Yup, got one of those too. The amazing employees don't hurt either. Overall, GREAT place.

Real estate equites placed a booth in the Apache Mall in Rochester Minnesota. I was doing some holiday shopping for my children while a friend of mine was catching up on some work on her day off, she works for this company. Anyhow after i completed my shopping she asked if i would like to take a moment to take these gentlemen to lunch, i agreed. During our lunch the Individual representing East Gate at the time was venting about how he wanted to fight the owner of the booth next to them because according to this agent he was rude. Anyhow we continue our lunch, the agent then askes me my personal opinion of juice world after his passing. i respond to the agent that i could care less and that i did not appreciate his music. The agent who is still on the clock then starts to verbally assault me, after about 5 minutes of this trash i have had enough and attempt to clean up my lunch and leave. the agent then starts making fun of me for cleaning and yelling to the food court how i am a crack head. I am not. I slam my tray down and walk out of the door to go to my car. The agent then follows me outside, punches me in the back of the head, rips my glasses off and throws them on the ground, attempts to stomp on my glasses and my childrens presents. After this he stormed back inside as he is not getting the reaction he wanted and according to mall security was throwing things as they followed him to his car. i then typed up a Facebook review of this incident on the companies page, i was then reached out to by the company asking if i would pull the review down, i agreed if they would call me monday and assure me that this employee is no longer with the company. they agreed. it is now tuesday morning and i have heard nothing. I would recommend staying away from this company if these are the types of leasing agents that you will be working with. The complexes are very nice but when they are represented by the ghetto trash of rochester, i doubt that you will enjoy living there. If they are unable to follow up with someone that their employee assaulted while on the clock representing them to the public i doubt that they will fix your water leaks.

I've received 3 separate emails/texts from REE regarding "amazing move-in specials" that touched on free rent for the rest of 2020, etc., but I'm a current resident, and when I asked to negotiate rent, not only did REE not recognize the discount they were offering, but not an inch was given to a resident of over 2 years. If you offer a deal to someone, you must honor it for everyone else, or else I get to say things like "bad at doing business", "poor customer service" etc.... This is after a year of vandalism and theft in a building with poor circulation, low security, a mismanaged/disaster of a mailroom, and a full front office turnover... not to mention vacancy. Maintenance staff is great and they deserve a raise.

I would avoid working with this company. I have lived at one of their properties for several years. Have not had many problems in the past. They have decided to renovate our complex within the past year. They have renovated the Interiors of the individual units for each Apartment 2 to 3 months before your lease expires and then they raise your rent a good 10%. During this renovation you are without a kitchen partial bathroom and no compensation is given. No air conditioning through the majority of June including when it was 95 out. They have also shut the water off numerous times before 8 in the morning without notifying anyone. It's really fun in the middle of a shower. These Renovations may be due to the new owner but real estate equities represents the owner and their conduct is uncalled for!

Never rent an apartment from these people. I constantly hear my upstairs neighbors and cars from parking lot. I hate this place, I wish I had money saved up for when my first lease ran out. Called and asked if I could get a miserable discount but they never replied.
