This organization likes to go by multiple names, include the notorious name of Elacora. In May of 2017 we purchased a $750,000 house. It's been an absolute nightmare! Forget the laundry list of minor issues, our driveway made it about 6 months before the cracking, settling and heaving took over. This was cause by two issues, zero preparation - no rebar, no wire mesh and no ground prep. The other issue was the downspout they forgot to align which caused all rain water to divert under the driveway. My garage flooring is sloped the wrong way as well. I also have cracking in my basement floor, for some reason they didn't even install control joints. Were also experiencing flooring issues, furnace issues, and paint issues just to name a few. $750,000 property and this organization seeks out the cheapest, inexperienced labor they can possibly find. All in an effort to maximize profits. This is my 4th home purchased and I've never seen anything like. They refuse to step up and make things right. Please don't take my opinion by itself, ask any of my neighbors and they will echo these statements. Or you could take a drive down to their Aurora subdivision and have a discussion with that development. I've been told they have things much worse than we do in ours. Please do your due diligence before doing business with this organization.
