Reagor dykes auto group Review

We have been costumers of Victor Maldonado and the Reagor Auto Group for many years now. Victor has always taken the time to understand our wants and needs out of the vehicle we are looking for. Victor helped my Husband and I get into 2 bigger vehicles last week and just in time as we are due with Baby #4 in 3 weeks. There are no words to put into place how thankful we are for Victor and The Reagor Auto Group. Victor has always made our purchases fast, easy, and extremely accommodating. I must say I have purchased many luxury vehicles, been to many major dealerships but nothing is comparable to these gentlemen at this facility. Outstanding customer service from top to bottom one thing I truly enjoyed of this facility the most they care for the customers versus just putting you in a vehicle. Hunter was amazing took his time with me wanted to make sure that he prefers to have me as a customer long term versus just putting me in a vehicle and never seeing or hear from me again. Mickey is superb when it comes to making the customers, even offered me to drive the vehicle home so my wife could see it. Again I couldn't be more proud at the decision that I made with purchasing a vehicle from this facility I highly recommend everyone to just search the inventory or more so just stop by for a conversation these gentlemen and staff are awesome!

Excellent all the way around. Sales staff was awesome, My ZO6 was as described, no hidden surprises to speak of. No hassle finance, in and out quick with no BS stuff I didn't want added in.This is how a dealership should treat their customers. Honesty is best. I wish other dealers did business like this one.Seriously, I could have been in and out and back on the road home in an hour but Rick, my sales person, decided to buy my lunch ! The 3 hour drive was so worth it. Thanks guys !

Travis Breslin was the salesperson that I worked with. I began working with Travis in January of 2018. Upon meeting Travis, he made me feel comfortable. He shared about Reagor Dykes and what his role through the process would be. He then inquired about what I wanted from a vehicle, as well as which one I was interested in. He took notes . He also shared options about the vehicles and financing with me. At the time I was on the fence about a car or SUV. I asked for time. He said he d definitely wait until I was ready to move forward. Several weeks went by. In between, Travis and I communicated via phone and text. He was very courteous anytime I inquired about something and answered questions in a timely manner. When I made the decision about the 4-Runner I contacted Travis. We discussed the 4-Runner and he presented options. He did some leg work. He found me exactly what I wanted down to the detail. I am very pleased with my purchase, with Travis s guidance, and I would definitely make an effort to return to RD. Hopefully, Travis will still be there, ready to help with my vehicle needs. . I really appreciate Travis s validation of what I wanted and needed.

Just purchased a 2015 Ford F 250 from Reagor Dykes in Lubbock. Fantastic experience overall. Joshua Garcia did an excellent job informing me of the vehicle. Tanner was fantastic working out the financial details. Highly recommend these two gentlemen if you are looking a new or used vehicle.

By far the best experience with vehicle shopping I've ever had. Everyone is very welcoming. Brenna, Jayton and Chris made the process very comfortable and smooth. These three did wonders looking for the truck I wanted along with all the bells and whistles I wanted as well. I highly recommend talking to any of these 3 for the best experience.
