This place is a joke. Andrew Duffy, who was supposed to help me out with Customer Service Surveys told me he would have his information to me on a Tuesday, then a Wednesday, then a Thursday. I informed Andrew I needed the information back to present on Friday and nothing.

How would have this company treated our customers?

Take your time and money somewhere else. I spent a full week of time for nothing.

I recently employed the services of Ready One for document shredding. I dealt with Mr. Jose Murillo and I was impressed with the professional service and courtesy he provided. I would highly recommend Ready One to anyone who may need their services.

Very disappointed with the process your facility i...

Very disappointed with the process your facility is running when picking up these masks. I thought there was a reason for pre ordering and having to have to wait a month and a half for a mask. You show up and then have to wait in line for an hour, just to have someone ask you for your name "to make sure we have your mask in stock" and then to top it off, the person doing that is having EVERYONE in line handle the paper and the same pen, then she handles your item as well? It's simple if you have any form of common experience in business. With today's technology, there's no reason why you can't have a list and method for having people go get there masks in a faster more hygienic manner.

This company is a joke. They hire people the a couple months later decided to find a reason to fire people cause they don't have enough work to keep people employed. Do not work for this company

Ready One does not care about the fact that I live...

Ready One does not care about the fact that I live in a shelter and do not have a car. They promised me a job and swore to me that I could have the 12 to 5pm shift because it takes me 2 hours on the bus to get there and then they changed their minds and said that if I could not be there by 6AM to forget about it.
They really di not wish to help those who are homeless and disabled.

They need to paint the yellow guide lines for door 2 receiving on the Pelicano entrance side, too many drivers struggle to back in including experience drivers... especially when knight driver's have the 57 ft trailer's
