Saw one of your buses try to run a cyclist off the road this morning. This was after it nearly knocked me off my bike. Seriously dangerous intimidation, not sure why it was in such a rush- poor route planning?
Piotr our driver was the consummate professional who was smartly dressed, polite in conduct, and totally dependable.
Returning from a school trip to Paris. The bus driver Piotr was a credit to the company. His driving was exceptional. We had every confidence in him and felt safe in his competent hands. The coach was excellent.

Dangerously and inconsiderately parked coach. - YN18 SFY was parked on 12 August less than 2 metres from my drive, completely blocking visibility to the right and causing traffic to have to veer across the centre line of the road. Both driver and the company seem unaware of the the Highway Code provision on causing obstruction, not to mention common sense and courtesy to others.
Piotr was excellent, punctual and friendly and even came back to our hotel when one of our guests left his wallet on the bus. He went above and beyond!
Today we used Readybus for a full day package. We had 2 coaches in synch. We couldn t have wished for a better all round service. From the operations manager to the coach to the wonderful drivers Piotr and Zoltan. This company goes above and beyond. As and EF Tour Director I can say that it s one of my favourite coach companies to work with.
