After contracting with Absisskey to respond to an H2020, several facts reflecting the poor quality of the service provided:
1 / Postponement of the start date of the work, on the pretext that the team in charge of our project must complete another mission.
2 / 2/3 team hired at 80%
3 / No replacement of the Project Manager during a 1 week sick leave
4 / No anticipation on the drafting of the project which will be evaluated. We learn the need to set up an Advisory Board 3 weeks before the closing date.
5 / Quality of graphics and layout far from the professionalism expected by a 22,000 assignment.
6 / Finally: before signing, the people involved at Absisskey agree that it is not good to have 70% of the budget in a country. Once signed, change of speech ...

Overall, Absisskey is very available before signing, and once the process is launched, it is a moderately qualified and not very available team that does the job:
- weak English in one of the protagonists,
- no skills in the field of energy,
- 80% employment for projects where it is competition!
- no replacement in case of leave!

There is no question here of directly blaming the people in charge of our project. I also admit that the Project Manager had a good knowledge of the drafting formalism required by Europe and that she got involved.

For me, it is a question of highlighting a very important gap between the promise of contractual work (obligation of means) and the work actually carried out (quality of the mediocre final proposal).

In short, I absolutely do not recommend this company to respond to calls for projects.
