I really appreciate Lily, the Specialist who helped me in my resume make over and mock up interview. Lily called me for the mock up interview just right before I went on a real interview. She gave me a lot of great advices that I turned out very useful for me. After that, she kept following up with me until I got a position in the company I applied.

I heard about this facility from Ms. Khalida Ahmad, a career specialist working here who visited the Security Guard training facility at Paragon Security while I was undergoing training. She explained to us about this facility and I was one of those who filled up the required forms. She called me subsequently, assisted me in brushing up my resume and invited me over to a career event at the facility. Hi, my name is Niro. I started a lab with my father four years ago, Argus Laboratory Inc. We have a family of chemists. I've worked with TCET, specifically Nishanthan, for the past 3 years as an employer in the contract laboratory industry. During the three years, I have hired and trained 5 scientific professionals through TCET. One decided to return to school for career change ( chemical engineer that didn't want to work in the lab). One remains in school as a master's student and comes when available. 2 have found better job positions with the training they received at larger companies and one remains with me. But with the 5 I received from TCET, I was able to achieve a drug establishment license from Health Canada among other licenses that I cannot mention. I wouldn't be able to achieve these things without the help of TCET and I am grateful. I recommend TCET to any startup and any skilled professional looking to get their foot in industry.

The staff of TCET are friendly, willing to help. I received a resume review service and an online seminar from them. Nice people. Some of the recommended job hunting approaches (cold calls) I can't agree with. Maybe they need to get more company connections/direct postings to enhance their power.
