Fantastic location on the hillside overlooking Verona. Only had Aperitivo...attempt to order second drinks thwarted by waiter who was too busy to take order.

The view is breath taking and the place is amazing.
We had a short trip for lunch and it was a surprise for us to find out this beautiful restaurant.
A lot of food choices, also vegan, a lot of cocktail choices, also without alcohol.

Aperitif with a view of Verona, a beautiful, elegant and refined place

Nice place, nice view, good cocktails, unfortunately the aperitif is accompanied only by chips and tarallini, I was hoping for something adequate. Perhaps more suitable for dinner, too bad because the terrace is very suitable for aperitifs in summer.

Local historian of Verona that has changed skin over time. We drank aperitifs: the spritz a little watered down to the truth, but being able to sip it from the terrace in front of the panorama of Verona from above is truly incomparable!

Should come here for sure. Pity they don t serve a bit more food in the bar area. Especially sitting here and seeing the restaurant completely empty. The manager could have sold an extra great dinner and glass of wine...

Amazing place. Great view and great place to take a break. Prices are moderate and staff is prepared and available. Excellent "spritz di Teo" and also the "arrival station". With drinks they also bring chips and taralli as snacks.
So: perfect place to relax, refresh and take a break.

Local very nice in a fantastic location, but location a little degraded only by vandals who injured some marbles. The dishes are very good but the prices are also a bit high. Only note there are not the first because it is a grill cafe!

Very very nice place, refined and particular furnishings. The location is truly distinctive. I stopped in this place to have a drink after a long walk.

Three stars are mainly for the wonderful view and our waiter.
We shared a starter and a main course. The pear and pork on the starter were pleasant but the lettuce/salad appalling. It was the really cheap floppy lettuce and I wouldn't have given it to the chickens to eat. It was brown in many places and with something I'd rather not think about under one leaf. We pointed it out to the waiter who said ok, but it was only when we commented on no action by them, or money off the bill, he reduced it by 5.
The vegetables with the swordfish were delicious. We liked the fish but neither of us were convinced it was fresh fish, crumbed by the chef but suspected a frozen item. Somewhat disappointed.

Complicated to arrive but it is worth it if only for the views ... the correct service and the cold drinks ...

They take advantage of the splendid location to be quick and rude. They made us take drinks (even expensive things) without notifying that they would close shortly, forcing us to swallow our wines in a hurry to free the table. It is better to go and enjoy the landscape from the top of the castle than to give money to them to have a much more limited view and the wallet emptied.

A joke! I wanted to order steak for dinner, the restaurant side is completely empty , but they only allowed me to order the bar food. Why you put a beautiful picture of your steak, attracted people to come, but not serving it?! Very strange strategy. Wasted my precious limited traveling time.

Highly Recommended! Gigantic view! Also on the intermediate stations you can take a short rest and take pictures.

We went up the stairs and visited the Castell and the restaurant.

My husband tasted different types of beer and I drank an Aperol Spritz- To quench your thirst, we got a bottle of water, 500 ml for 2.50 and for snacking a pizza Mageritha for 8 we shared.
By the way ... For the drink, there are always chips and taralli.

However, we want to take the way back with the mountain railway from Castell, because my husband has injured his knee.
I'm glad to have been here and I highly recommend it!
The conditions were all very friendly and spoke English very well ..

At first I was a little skeptical as there are some negative comments on the internet. The view is always described as excellent, but the service is said not to be good and the price level is overpriced. But not true. The view of course remains one of the most beautiful over Verona, but the service was also with us immediately and we received a good bottle of red wine at a fair price. In addition to chips, there was a whole focaccia on the house for free, so that our "Wine with a view" turned out to be almost a complete dinner. Great. You sit very nicely and the interiors are great and modern, the service fast and the prices absolutely reasonable. Therefore full 5 stars from my side.

Nice place with fantastic views and good food. Staff was nice enough and the prices are reasonable for the location I guess. Still, there was something that felt odd. For example you are not allowed to sit at a table and have a drink if the "drink area" is full which just seems stupid. I still do recommend stopping for a drink as the location and the views make up for any other drawbacks.

Interesting menus to be enjoyed in a truly exciting location with a view of Verona. The climate of that day perhaps left a little too cool even in the wing called wine shop. It is absolutely worth a visit.

Fantastic venue with fantastic views. A fairytale place, where a "prince" can make his declaration of love to his "princess".

It was a trek getting there! We worked up the appetite climbing all those steps. We wish we had been there in summers though and reached just before sunset as the views are breath taking. The food is quite nice too, especially the desserts!

Panoramic location and very nice, but as a local it is only a tourist trap and the staff is hasty and rude. Climbed for an aperitif with two zeros, they wanted to put me on the bar tables ... gone away.

Lovely location, but the aperitif is best done elsewhere. Poor and disappointing, not in quality, but in quantity. With two glasses of Lugana, they brought two chips. Given the price and the name, the customer expects much more.

We chose this restaurant to spend the evening of August 15th. A great choice! Attentive and courteous staff, excellent food and generous portions too. The perfect location to taste typical dishes while enjoying Verona in all its beauty. The terrace of the lounge bar is also beautiful, next time we will definitely come back to enjoy a cocktail there ... or two;)

Good views of the river and the city. Food is fine, it is not too expensive. Many people come for a better drink. There is a funicular to go up, for the laziest.

On a visit to the city of Verona we stopped in this place for an aperitif. Great welcome and great wine. What to say we sat and we were pleasantly surprised by the view from the outside garden. edited menu. The restaurant offers both service bar and restaurant service. Recommended.

Teodorico RE has an amazing panoramic view over #Verona as it's located next to the Castle of holy Peter and accessible by a funicular railway. Food is excellent in pure local taste with nice service and pleasant surrounding.

Super great snacks, after a small staircase, totally beautiful view, service has a bit used for the order, otherwise really great

Magnificent view. Good choice of wines and cocktails. Possibility of just having a coffee. Rectangular pizza cut in 8 to share or salad. Attention you have to pay at the cash desk inside. Nice servers. Only downside the service is a bit slow but we are also there to enjoy the view and the dolce vita.
